The house was exactly what we were looking for! The host kept us informed of any important information throughout our stay and helped us whenever we had a question. Highly suggest staying at this house it is truly right down the street from Disney and the theme of the house is fantastic! The house has definitely been used but we found it perfect for what we were looking for.

The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had, the house was well kept, the heated pool was amazing for the cool nights we had, and the beds were comfy!! The convenient location was nice for being relatively close to everything but still not in the super congested or busy neighborhoods. Also the gated community/security added that extra level of comfortability knowing us and our things were safe wether we were home or away!

Our family had a great time staying here. It was very convenient to Walmart for groceries and supplies. It was about a 15 minute drive to the Disney resorts depending on traffic. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5. We used the kitchen for breakfast and a few dinners as we were at the parks most of the day and evening. We did use the clubhouse pool one afternoon and we even watched a movie at the theater there. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The house was perfect for my family of 5. We went Universal, Kennedy Space Station and Crystal River, and this was a great location to access all of those sites. If you're planning a trip to Disney, this house is super close. Plus, there's a Target just up the road.

Very neat and clean. Everything was exactly as described. The cottage had everything we needed for our three night stay and the location was very ideal. It is just a little over 30 minute drive to and from the airport and universal with places to get groceries and other necessities along the way. It was close enough to everything, but far enough away to avoid the noise of big city hustle. It was very quiet at the house at all times...night and day! I don't recall ever hearing any noises from outside the cottage, which was very pleasant. Communication with the host was always very clear, concise and prompt. Zero issues with this booking and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the bearby attractions. 5 stars on location, cleanliness, amenities and communication!

The property and location were great. We were close to Disney and plenty of shopping. The house was very nice and suited our needs. My mother was pleasantly surprised that she could actually sit on the couch without having an issue getting up which has been trouble in the past.We appreciate the attention to detail on what renters need. The box of tissues and bottles of hand soap are little things in the grand scheme but make a big difference when renting a property. The check in process was super simple and the instructions provided by the manager were easy to find and follow.We will definitely consider booking again for a future trip.

It was a wonderful experience. Clean and safe neighborhood. 10 - 20 minutes from whatever you could possibly want as well as the different Disney theme parks. The owner was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all my questions before and during my stay. The house was clean and ready for stay as soon as my family and I walked through the door as well. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful property. The only thing that was not good was the quality of the mattresses. The beds were all hard and very uncomfortable. There was one bed comfortable and it was one of the bunk beds. I would highly recommend the improve the quality and comfort of the beds.

It was a good stay

Overall, it was a good stay. The door alarms were a bit nerve wrecking but I understand why they are needed. The area was safe and majority of the time quiet when the neighbors kids aren’t in the pool playing. Some areas are a tad outdated and the main bedroom was a little warmer than others. My husband loved it, that’s all that matters because he paid for it :-)

Beautiful!

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was very comfortable and we felt so at home the entire time we were there. The game room was absolutely wonderful for the times when it was storming and we couldn’t get in the pool. The only downside was that we had to wash some of the dishes before using them because previous renters did not wash them properly, but that wasn’t a big deal. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

Excellent property and location

This property was great. The neighborhood is very quiet but it is close to lots of dining, shopping and entertainment options. The private pool was great! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The game room was a nice bonus. It stayed hot out there even with the portable a/c units but the kids enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again’

Pros: this property was close to Disney and was very convenient to the parks, the grocery store, Starbucks, etc. which made our trip so much easier. My kids loved the pool and we loved having all of the extra space. My kids also loved the game room.Cons: The property was a bit dated and dirty. It looks like housekeeping is not doing a stellar job. The lamps were all very dusty and the A/C exchange was very dirty. The pool doors don't latch well so the pool alarm would go off regularly unless you locked all 3 locks. The A/C was also scheduled to 75 degrees which is quite warm and would reset late at night so if you lowered the temperature before bed, it would reset to 75 during the night. The binder of instructions requested us to set the temperature to 80-85 degrees if using the pool doors regularly but that seems extreme and maybe the A/C just needs replacing. The home would have gotten 5 stars with some of these upgrades.

Property is just like the pictures shown. Everything is in the house to make your stay easy. Pool is great - the basketball goal was a big hit for my boys. Excellent communication. We had an issue to come up and the communication was immediate. The issue was corrected within 3 hours. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

wonderful place

This vrbo was true to it's listing. Decorated with Disney theme furnishings. Very clean and comfortable . The grandkids loved the pool at the house AND the bigger one at the resort. Appeared to be centrally located, easy to get to stores, restaurants and attractions. I think it was very well priced also.
