This studio is ideal for a couple with 2 children.

It is located at Le Vivace, in the quiet Ruches district, opposite the children's village.

Shops, bars and restaurants are less than 200 meters from the building. Although this is a central building in the resort, nights facing the mountains will be quiet.

Located on the 3rd floor of a building with secure entrance and elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:

* Entrance hall with coat hooks,
* Separate toilet,
* Bathroom with vanity unit and hairdryer.
* Very functional kitchen with vitro hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nesspresso, kettle. Raclette and fondue machines, kitchen utensils and a range of glasses and plates.

* The living room has a south-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

You'll sleep in a real 2-person rapido sofa bed with memory foam mattress, plus 2 space-saving fold-down bunk beds.

Please note that in order to maintain the quality of the accommodation we offer, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

A ski locker is located in the building for ski arrival and return. Skis and ski boots are not allowed in the apartment.

Bed linen, pillowcases, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided free of charge.

Parents are responsible for children sleeping in the top bunk bed (no more than 65kg) We accept no liability for falls.
