Centrally located between two Métro stops (Tuileries and Pyramides), my apartment is within short walking distance of the world-famous Louvre and the well-manicured Tuileries Gardens. Guests will find it the perfect home base to easily visit landmarks such as The Eiffel Tower, Arce De Triomphe and Champs Elysées with the Métro. There's also a selection of trendy eateries, bars and cafes to peruse and designer boutiques to admire, including Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Saint Laurent and Viviene Westwood. Although, my home may not be suitable for those sensitive to city noise.

The apartment is 57m2 and has natural sunlight from the windows helps brighten the space and will alleviate your mood. For those who appreciate minimalist design, thoughtful touches such as soft washes of white, green and yellow lend a calming ambience, while a Dyson-branded vacuum and a Nespresso machine make your stay more homely and enjoyable.

As you step inside the living room, unwind, relax on the couch, and entertain yourself with the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Meals are enjoyed over the long-kitchen island that comes with bar stools.

The two bedrooms have double beds lined with fresh linens and are fitted with built-in wardrobes and a dedicated workstation for digital nomads. The shared bathroom in the apartment has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Louvre museum, home to the "Mona Lisa," is the heart of this lively district that features Hausmann-era boulevards and parks such as the Tuileries and the 17th-century Palais Royal—Fashionistas troop to the designer boutiques and luxury jewellers along chic Rue Saint Honoré and Place Vendôme. Les Halles shopping district has international fashion chains along Rue de Rivoli and in a vast underground mall.

The apartment is within walking distance of public transport, and services like UBER, LeCab and G7 are available for download and use in Paris.

- Tuileries (Line 1) and Pyramids (Line 7 and 14) are 5 minutes from the property by foot.
- Tuileries Garden, The Louvre and Palais Royale are nearby and just 5 minutes from the property by foot.
- Place de la Concorde is 10 minutes away by foot.
- Champs Elysées is 30 minutes away by foot.
- Paris Orly Airport is 45 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
