Property Details:
This 58-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 70€
- Linens and towel fee: 50€
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800€ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

About the Paris 7th Arrondissement Location:
Saint Germain des Pres is considered the best area to stay in Paris. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. At your doorstep you will find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to shop at Le Bon Marché and in the beautiful covered markets of Le Marché Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Solférino (Line 12), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Great location, no amenities
Love the location, 2 short block from the muse de orca and 5e Seine. Key pick up 1.1km away, they made it sound near by but with bags it was work to get the keys. One bed room is off the living room with a window into the living room? No way to make the room dark to sleep and anyone in the living room will disturbed that room, maybe needs a dark curtain? Place was cold, 2 little electric heater, didn’t work well and made nose. Only 1 extra blanket with 2 beds, when I asked about it with Manegment they asked for a video ? Bathroom shower door didn’t work, water all over the floor. They have a washer but no dryer and again it was Cold so didn’t wash since it wouldn’t dry in the cold. This is not a working apartment, they did the bear minimum to made it rentable but not comfortable.

Pros and Cons. But Pros outweigh the Cons
Cons: -Smell of smoke throughout the courtyard from the fire that happened in the building. -Getting key fob at the laundry mat is confusing and time consuming. Very inconvenient. Make sure you give yourself one hour before checking out because you have to return to the laundry mat which is a 20 min walk from the apartment. And make sure to take the CORRECT keys. Take the key fob that has the Key Safe logo on it. -One roll of toilet paper for the 4 of us for 7 nights. Really? - No spices at all. —Laundry has no dryer. So if you need to wash, be prepared to hang clothes for 24 hours to dry. And no soap pods. Bring a few pods from home. —If it’s 4 of you traveling, stagger your shower time. It’s a small water heater. And I was one of the unlucky ones to take a shower after 3 had done so already. Water extremely cold. So maybe 2 shower at night. And two in the morning. Nespresso machine on counter…. But Zero capsules offered. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes. Even though getting keys an extreme hassle, here’s why I’d stay again Location is awesome. Next door to a small grocery store that sells awesome fruit, Eggs, milk. Fresh baguettes. And prices are extremely reasonable. They even sold an outlet converter for USA to euro outlets. And prices were fair w everything. Great service. Two restaurants we highly recommend That were 10-20 steps from our door. Italian restaurant called Amalfi across the street. Amazing and Reasonabe. And Nichols. On the corner

Paris visit
Perfect location on the left bank - close to Musée D’Orsay and metro and a delicious bakery. Well appointed, clean apartment with many nice amenities and pretty decor. It is tucked away from main streets so it was the quietest place we have stayed in Europe. Only suggestion is to offer extra blankets and duvets, as it was a cold March week in Paris and the building’s heating system was apparently already turned off. We were given a space heater but it was not enough to keep all 4 of us warm at night.

Great part of Paris
The location of this apartment is excellent. We had stayed on the other side of the river Seine in the 1st arr previously but staying here gave us a new outlook of Paris and was so easy to walk to many of its attractions and with many restaurants nearby. Having a small supermarket & cafe next door was also very convenient. The apartment itself is newly renovated to a very good standard and was nice. Once you enter the property off the street via a security key, you walk through a very safe (and very Parisian) courtyard and up an old world small set of stairs (which also comes with an old world staircase smell which you get used to :) We had no problem getting our luggage up. The surroundings are great. A block from the Seine and Musee D'Orsay. Cross the bridge and you are at the Louvre and its gardens. In the other direction we walked to Luxemburg Gardens (15 min) and walked to the Eiffel Tower for a picnic lunch (15-20 min) - all the while enjoying Paris's streets and buildings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 and the location was fantastic.
