Property Details:
This 80-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and faces the interior courtyard. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and faces the living area. Both bedrooms have ample storage space for your belongings. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets and sinks. There is an additional toilet located in a separate water closet near the flat entrance. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 70€

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

This charming vacation rental is located in the bustling 1st arrondissement and is ideal for anyone looking to explore the city by foot. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, Parisian bistros, wine bars and cafes, as well as many boutiques and shops. You are steps from the entrance to the most famous art museum in the world, the Louvre, as well as countless other popular sights. The Palais Royale, with its stunning striped columns is just moments from your front door, as well as the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and Musee de l’Orangerie. There is also the chic Rue St Honore full of high-end shops and boutiques. The gorgeous market street of Rue Montorgueil is 5 minutes from your front door and offers a huge range of res-taurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stands and more! The Japanese quarter is 5 minutes’ walk as well, with steaming bowls of ramen available at all hours.

With its close proximity to Chatelet/Les Halles (Lines 1, 4, 7 and 11), reaching other areas of the capital is a breeze! Just hop on the train to reach the Marais, Eiffel Tower, Champs Ely-sees, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and more! The Les Halles station also connects to the RER B, making travelling to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports incredibly easy and direct.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

While the over all stay was positive it was marred by a serious problem with the keys and the door lock. The response from the management team to this problem which involved being locked out of the apartment the first night we got there, was totally in adequate. Although we were able to contact the management team, they provided us with no help what so ever. Without our own efforts to find a locksmith, we would have been locked out of the apartment that night. The locksmith Charged us €190. We fully expect to have that amount refunded to us. All parties involved, including managements representative agreed that the lock was defective and needed to be replaced. The lock was not replaced until sometime Saturday, and we never received the second set of keys back. It would appear to us that city apartments stays as an organization is in capable of-responding to emergencies.

Great location!
The location was great! Walking distance to the Louvre and Pompidou, with a nice kids playground nearby, several good restaurants, and a couple of nearby grocery markets. Accessing the keys and finding the apartment was a bit challenging but then we realized there were helpful video links in the email we received (should have watched in advance :)). The space in the apartment was good for our family of four and the washer/dryer was very convenient.

Lovely apartment
Very nice apartment but they need new cleaners who will take the used towels out of the main bathroom, and clean it properly. Was a bit disappointed in the reaction that we got when we reported the issue. Apart from that, and the unseasonably hot weather, the apartment was very nice and had all the facilities we needed. It is also very central to public transport hubs.

Great location and neighborhood. Excellent customer service
We stayed at the property for three days. The team was incredibly responsive. There is a full YouTube video list for every step, question that anyone staying at the place could probably have. The team was highly responsive. And they were so understanding and worked with us for an early check in given we had a toddler child. Elevator building is hard to come by in some of the great neighborhoods in Paris and that was a great plus for this property.
