After enjoying a day by the pool, there’s only one way to close out the night without having to leave the comfort of your home, or rather, your lanai: fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on a shaded lanai table.

Inside, spacious rooms of sun-brightened, sand-inspired tile are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings, tropical and oceanic artwork, and all the comforts of your home away from home. The living room, in particular, features direct lanai access through its massive sliding glass doors. For the safety of you and your family, especially your children, these doors are connected to an alarm that sounds whenever they are opened, so you’ll know whenever someone goes out to or comes in from the lanai.

The kitchen features pure white cabinets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a quartz island with bar stools, and all modern appliances and cookware. Serve dinner on a wooden table beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lanai and tropical garden. Or use the blender to mix up some ice-cold cocktails to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.

The bedrooms all feature tile floors and ample closet and drawer space, and the master bedroom gives you an en suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, and glass doors that open up to the lanai.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella, which will come in handy since you’re just a short walk from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.
