5 Bed, 4 Bath Luxury Waterfront Pool Home, 2 Masters, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand

I've owned Journey's End in Marco Island for 9 years and have shared it with my many wonderful guests during that time. My family uses it quite frequently given that we live less than 2 hours from Marco. Since I am there so often, I am able to address any issues that I find in my frequent visits in real time and take care of them immediately so that my guests find my home in as close to perfect condition as possible. I also have contracts with service providers that are on call 24 - 7 whose sole purpose is to address any issues that I or my guests may have while staying in my home. This review puzzles me. I have 125 5* reviews, many of them very recently and everyone that has stayed there have had nothing but stellar comments about my home, its condition, comfort level and suite of provided amenities. In reading this review it leaves the impression that my home is falling apart. The reality is this: The screen that they mention was a loose panel in the screen door in one of of 3 lanai's that was repaired immediately. The broken cabinet doors, was exactly one door that had a loose hinge that required tightening. That's it. The pool liner being in poor condition is still confusing to me given that it was redone when I purchased the home in 2014 and has a 15 year guarantee. As far as the the pictures being out of date, please review the reviews prior to this guests review and decide for yourselves if ANYONE else mentions that as an issue. Finally, the fact that this guest claims that I state that Journey's End is a 5 bedroom when in fact its a 4 bedroom demonstrates to me that they didn't review the 50 pictures, 1 video and the detailed description that I provide on Vrbo. The 5th bedroom has a Queen sized pullout with memory foam topper ( I've slept on it myself and can attest to the fact that it is comfortable), a full bath, closet, A/C unit and a door for privacy. It also has a pool table given that the room is so large, but that fact doesn't make it any less of a bedroom. All of this is clearly and transparently described in my very detailed description of my home and also in the many pictures on my Vrbo listing.
