Such a beautiful updated beachy home that is very elegant. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Open concept living areas with tucked away but spacious bedrooms and baths that made for privacy and quiet.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The house was even better in person than it looked in the pictures. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained.The pool was definitely the best part of our stay—we spent most of our time there! We also enjoyed grilling meals and cooking in the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home.The location was great as well, with beaches and restaurants just a short distance away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this house to others. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home !

Rented at 540 Fieldstone with our family of 5. Perfect home and great vacation. Home is even nicer in person. Clean and modern, like new. We enjoyed the space (plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms) and having the pool. Would def. Recommend this home!

We loved being able to walk to the beach daily and enjoy several nearby restaurants without having to worry about parking.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including plenty of Tupperware (which is rare!), leftover spices in the pantry, and even laundry detergent. There were more than enough bath and beach towels for our stay.The pool was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waterfall each day. This home is ideal for a fun and comfortable family stay, and we would highly recommend it.

The house was perfect! It is gorgeous in the pictures and even better in person. It is well stocked and has everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is perfect and our kids loved the bikes to get around. It is a quick walk to the beach. The only challenge we had was that the neighbor was really mean (cursing, etc) our kids who were swimming and talking at 9 pm. After that, I downloaded an app to verify that we were not too loud for the noise ordinance and confirmed that we were well within the range and not too loud. We did contact the company and they recommended calling the police if it happens again, but it made the kids feel awkward swimming the rest of vacation. So, while the house is great, maybe not the best for teenagers or if you want to be outside at night.

Awesome property. The most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever had. Kitchen well stocked. All beach gear needed is in the garage. Cleaning supplies- the whole nine. House was clean and the pool in excellent condition upon arrival. Rooms were spacious and well appointed! It’s a dream house! Primary suite was gorgeous with only 1 drawback- the bed wasn’t very comfy. (Other beds were fine.)Other than that- we had plenty of room for our party of seven. Kids had their own spaces to play and hang out. Open floor plan means we are all together but not crowded. Location: Only about 3 blocks from the beach and resort area. Text communications about what to do and expect, made this a painless and breezy process that we don’t mind repeating next year.

First of all, this was our second time renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties. They are FANTASTIC.The property itself was spotless and even more amazing than the pictures show. The beds were so comfortable. The lanai was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved having bikes, chairs, coolers available. SO close to Marco Plaza and the beach. EASY walks. Our teens walked to the beach by the JW every night and we were very comfortable with that!You will not be disappointed - we didn't want to leave!

The interior of the property comes with high end appliances, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the house comes fully equipped with all the beach day gear you could possibly need (carts, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers). It was such a great experience that we will be coming back to the same property next year! Highly recommend.
