The Modern Oasis is sanitized & cleaned to the highest standards! We work with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is spotless, so you can confidently enjoy your Florida vacation!

The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped. The Master bedroom has also a desk, should you unfortunately need to work on your vacation! There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 air conditioned garage spaces and 2 driveway spots.

There is a flat screen TV in each room, an 85" 4K with SONOS Sound System in the living room, 65" in the master bedroom and 55" in the lanai where you can watch your favorite show from the pool. Listen to your favorite music in the living room or on the lanai with the SONOS System (to use the SONOS System guests needs to download the app on your cell phone).
