This property has brand new furniture,TVs, pillow top mattresses, high speed fiber optic internet! No detail was missed from the new hardwood floors, to the epoxy Floors in the garage! We are a local host so the home will be checked personally before every rental to insure it Is perfect for your beach getaway!

Wonderful stay. Very nice location and comfortable home to stay in for a week. We cooked in and it was convient with all the kitchen appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. They have done a very nice renovation. They also have lovely neighbors.

3 BR Cozy neighborhood at Carolina Beach

Mike is a great communicator, easy to use a code to tap in to the front door. Nice ranch is in a lovely neighborhood to bike or walk. Neighbors had a gorgeous crape myrtle in full bloom, another friendly neighbor had flower beds full of colorful zinnias, and date palms were fruiting. View of neighbor houses from windows. I enjoyed getting in my steps to Carolina Beach Lake Park (0.5 mi away) or to the beach (0.7 mi). When going to spend day at the beach we parked in a 6/hour public parking area. (Biking is popular and you can have rental bikes delivered and picked up with a call to a local rental company if you like. And you can get bike baskets. The garage keeps bikes dry if rain) The last fireworks of the season were Thurs, visible from the side lawn, nice!3 bedrooms worked well for us and 2 adult children. The master had a Q bed, private toilet/sink, one long dresser, one nightstand, and wall tv.Living room had a tv, comfy long couch & loveseat, relaxing. Full kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and second refrigerator in garage. Laundry off kitchen was very useful. We rolled out the Weber grill one night, and had a seafood boil in the kitchen another night. Liquid soap by each sink, and pods in the laundry were just right. Welcome book is like a friend with top tips, restaurants and basics for the property. When leaving, you simply start the dishwasher and a load of towels, easy breezy. Great stay! (If don't like the taste of beach town water, get bottled.)

Last minute blessing

I found this property immediately after having a horrible experience with a different vrbo property. My family and I checked in to a property after driving for 12 hours, and there were numerous issues with the property. The property manager would not return my phone calls, and I had to find a place for my family to spend the night. I found this property and spoke directly with the property manager within a few minutes of booking the property. He was professional, sincere, and extremely accomodating. He met me at the property and allowed my family and I to check it out. He told me that he would refund me if we didn't think it would work for us. This is HUGE! The first property manager I dealt with would not even consider a refund. I am still working on that almost a month later. This property is CLEAN! It has everything that a family would need for a week vacation. My family and I felt comfortable here. Each day we returned from the beach it felt like we were going home which is exactly the reason we choose to use vrbo over a hotel. I'm planning to book this property again next summer.

Great place

This was a nice place, very clean, modern and the owner was responsive with our questions and needs. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were roomy. It was walkable to the beach but with three young children, it was on the limits of what we could handle. Close to the center of town, boardwalk, and shops as well. We enjoyed our stay at this house and recommend to others!

This was the perfect place for us- nice, clean place that's a short walk to the beach.

We got off to a rocky start as I couldn't get my entry code to work during a rain storm, then there was no hot water from the new tank requiring a temperature adjustment. Our host took care of everything right away and we had a very enjoyable stay. The place has no frills, but it's spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large tv, nice kitchen, and a garage- which was a bonus! It's a short walk to the beach, and there's plenty of good eats nearby. We'd definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Amazing

Location couldn't have been any better, 5 seconds from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, 5 minutes from Kure Beach Pier... and everything you could want or need within a handful of miles away! The house was very cozy and comfortable! Very accommodating! We couldn't have picked a better stay, and will save this location for trips in the future!! Thank you so very much!!

Nice stay

The house is very comfortable and nice. The owners did a good job with supplying kitchen essentials that make it easy too cook. They even left coffee and creamer and some extra essentials so you don’t have to go out and buy. We enjoyed our stay!
