Top floor oceanfront condo in sand pebbles, pool

Hey thanks for the great review! Im glad you enjoyed the condo. I have done quite a bit of updating the past couple of years with new flooring, lighting, wiring up ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new hvac and updating the bathrooms. This fall i plan on redoing the cabinets and countertops to make it even better. Hope to have you stay there again. Thanks

I'm glad you had a nice time and enjoyed the great views of the condo!. Sorry again about the mix up over the hot tub. I had no idea that was listed as an amenity it was a total accident. I did offer you the chance to cancel and get your money back so you could find another place with a hottub as soon as I realized the mistake the day you arrived. I'm happy you decided to stay and enjoy the condo instead

I bought the condo in the middle of the rental season so I didn't have time to deal with the carpet but in the fall I'm redoing the flooring, painting and some other upgrades so it will be even better for next year.

I appreciate the review. I upgraded the condo quite a lot 2 years ago when I bought it and I just put in a brand new ac system 1 month ago. My drone photos show the location of the condo in reference to the boardwalk. It's about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk but there are 5 or 6 restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The condo is a top floor unit with great views. It has stairs I do not list an elevator in the amenities. I was unaware of the condition of the linens. I have bought new linens just this week to replace the older ones and asked the cleaners to let me know when they need to be replaced.

Wow what an unbelievably dishonest review. First there have been zero complaints about cleanliness from previous guests for the past 3 years. My family and I just stayed there the previous weekend and did not see anything remotely close to what you were talking about regarding filth and stains. When you informed me that the hair dryer, iron, and hangers were missing they were brought to you immediately. Those items had been in the condo previously but must have walked away with a guest. When they were brought to you you asked me MULTIPLE TIMES to come inside and look around. In no way was there any insisting that I look around to make sure that you understand what a hair dryer looks like. Also when you told me those things were missing the cleaner was then called. The cleaner told me then that she hadnt seen them. She did not, as you posted, tell me in the past about the missing items and cause me to just ignore her and never replace those items. Also to mislead other potential guests in your review that the ac in the condo is ineffective at cooling is incredibly false. The hvac is less than a year old. It's one of the newest acs in the entire complex. It works perfectly. The filter was also changed very recently. You were at my condo for 4 nights and never mentioned any problems. The cleaner is 2 minutes away and could have handled any issues whatsoever. I'm always open for ways to try and improve the stay of my guests. Misleading and lying reviews like this only hurt hosts
