We hosted Christmas gatherings here for our adult kids and grandkids and highly recommend Luciana's place (2nd stay). The home is spacious and tastefully furnished with everything you could want/need. It has a fenced pool (critical, with small children) as well as a playhouse and trampoline in the back yard. Perfect for our family gatherings! We have already booked again for Easter.

The house itself was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The backyard however was filthy when we arrived with bird crap and layers of dust and filth on all of the furniture cushions and a broken flood light bulb shattered all over the cool decking.

Nice private backyard

Overall great house for a family of 5 plus grandparents. Great communication with home owner. The trampoline, heated pool and pool table gave everyone plenty to do at the house. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and the grill worked out great. We loved the quiet and private backyard. We are a hiking family and it was a bit further to some of the trails then we expected. But would stay again!

Great Place!

Overall our stay was great. The setup was ideal for our family of 7(2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 3 kids) which includes an 18 month old. Heated pool with the fence for the toddler was awesome and the reason we booked. A couple of things that didn't detract from the 5 star rating but would definitely recommend: adding handles to the cabinets/draws in the kitchen and having a couple of plug in fans or sound machines for white noise (there weren't any). The property manager was great and responsive when we had needs or questions. Would return!

Amazing Week!

We had a wonderful week! The property was perfect for our party. We had 4 adult and 4 kids. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable, towels were fluffy and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. We spent many hours outside in the lounge chairs by the pool. The property manager was quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we are in area!

A wonderful property in a great location!

I stayed at this property for 5 nights on short notice and we were thoroughly impressed! I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals and this is easily at the top of my list in the Phoenix area. Luciana proactively communicated and kindly hosted us with only 3-4 days notice. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Although we didn’t bring kids here, this property seemed very kid-friendly (in a way that does not negatively impact an adults only stay). The neighborhood is really nice and feels safe. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, although not within walking distance. The pool table was a nice touch, and the short cues helped given the space constraint. I would certainly book this property again.

This was our 3rd stay at this property, to host family for a holiday gathering and meals. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Luciana is wonderful to work with and responsive to any query. When we found the wine opener was missing, she had one sent within 30 minutes and even sent a complimentary nice bottle of wine...such service! The property is impeccable inside and out and thoughtfully decorated. The grandkids loved the recently updated playhouse, the trampoline, heated (gated) pool and "playroom" with lots of toys, books and TV. Truly a gem of a place in Scottsdale.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and close to shops, restaurants, old Scottsdale and other parts of the city. Owners definitely did a great job on decorating and making this feel cozy. Also took the initiative to provide basic necessities needed for cooking and hygiene.Definitely will be staying again and finally a property that matches the pictures displayed.
