Surprise Trip for our 3 Adopted Special Needs Sons

We enjoyed our stay and had access to the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Casita was close to every thing we wanted to do. Like the Zoo the Casino, Restaurants and shopping. Beautiful artwork was a treat throughout the rooms.

Great property, great location

The property was perfect for our group - the ensuite bathrooms were great. The location made getting into old town and Kierland equally accessible. We enjoyed the access to walking trails as well. Lots of space in the house to enjoy.

Beautiful fun property!

Perfect home spacious, every room has it's own bath. Master and secondary rooms are HUGE. Wonderful Scottsdale location. Outdoor area was great for gatherings and meals. Well appointed & the decor was so fun, great art! We had the best stay.

This place was perfect for our group! It is spacious with a ton of seating options inside and outside. Great location and central to a lot of cool stuff. I would have liked to arrive to a clean pool and pool deck as well as a clean grill. The pool person came the afternoon we arrived and cleaned the pool. The deck and grill were covered in leaves. I hade to sweep and clean the grill. I would communicate with the host ahead of time and make sure they knew what our intentions were. Or they could have asked…. The host was pretty quick to respond to our concerns. There was a loud buzzing noise from the garage that interrupted sleep. That was unfortunate and we had to figure out for ourselves how to remedy that issue. Having said all that, I would recommend and if I was looking for a big house in the area, I would consider staying there again! Nice pad!

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our trip to Scottsdale. We had 3 couples on a trip and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect for during the day to relax. We went to the hotel every morning to get Starbucks and sometimes breakfast and a workout. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This property was very comfortable, clean and had a few nice amenities. The pool/spa were a great attraction, both for the relaxation next to the pool at the outdoor patio. And the water was warm. Each bedroom is an ensuite, adding to each member of the party privacy. If we come back to Scottsdale, this will be at the top of the list to book again.

Golf Trip

We had four guys for an annual golf trip. The place was big, great location, clean and well stocked. There is a lot of very colorful interesting art, but it work there. Our only issue was the fourth bedroom seemed like a converted garage and the quality of the bed wasn't good. The master suite and lania were great! Overall a great place for a group or family.

Good Time for All

This house is absolutely beautiful. The decor, furniture and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. All the room fit between 2-3 people comfortably. The pool was a saving grace during the days and sitting outside under the covered patio was our spot at night. The owner was great at not only communicating leading up to our arrival but he was accommodating as well.

This property was an excellent choice for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space, fun to be in. Comfortable bedding & furnishings. Especially love the semi circular sofa & round dining table. Way better than a hotel

I looked at a lot of hotels in the area and finally landed on this casita. We had 3 adult couples in and this was perfect. We shopped at Trader Joe’s across the street and there are tons of shops and restaurants close. Overall the house had everything we needed. Each room was very nice-and it was great to have en-suite’s in each room. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. We had some issues but honestly it may have just been user error. The host was more than helpful and amenable. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing pool and handling

While the house and location were as advertised, one of the main reasons we booked the property was the onsite pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not clean when we arrived (debris on bottom, staining in hot tub, in need of skimming). Pool water was not circulating or heating up. We contacted owner immediately and repeatedly during our stay and twice received response that someone would come by to address. We were told to brush/clean it ourselves. No one ever showed up and Craig stopped responding to texts. We did not feel comfortable using the pool in condition it was in. Definitely disappointed in cleanliness of pool and owner response.

Fun rental- beautiful art!

We had the best stay at the artists Casita at the Scottsdale Hilton. The property is amazing. 4 beds and baths. All well appointed and equipped. Each bedroom had their own en-suite. Which was great we were there with friends who were house hunting in Phoenix. Both of our adult daughters joined and their fiancé’s. It was a good celebration house. We cooked breakfast everyday, and the kitchen had everything! Enjoyed the pool daily. Lots of floats, umbrellas and the outside living room was fantastic. Great for coffee and night caps! The place had extra towels, toiletries, and everything you could need. The amenities at the Hilton were lovely and available as well, but we didn’t want to leave this fun cozy space with our friends. No issues with check in, accessing g property. Instructions were clear and simple. Loved the central location as well. Can walk to many fine restuaunts, Trader Joe’s and AJ’s fine foods- which is a great grocer. Would stay again!
