Another rare Scottsdale Suite Retreat vacation rental to enjoy! This beautiful resort style home is everything you will want to be at while on vacation. This is our 3rd vacation home added to the portfolio of homes so rest assure we know what we are doing to keep guests coming back. Close to the Mayo Clinic & TPC Golf too & Dessert Ridge! A short drive to Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter is minutes away. Close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants! Only 25 minutes drive to "Old Town & Camelback hiking, Spring training baseball, & nightlife. Tons of World Class Golf Courses to chose from. 23 minutes to Sky Harbor airport.

Situated on a culdesac with walking trails along 56th. From the minute you pull into the driveway you'll feel right at home! This single story home is very spacious as soon as you step right inside. The informal Living Room has 3 large TV screens so you'll never have to miss watching the games! Enjoy bringing back some fun memories playing on the table top arcade game or challenge friends to a game of foosball.

Show off your cooking skills in the chef's kitchen. Everything down to the spices & coffee is provided. The home is fully stocked with a blender, juicer, toaster down to the mixer for baking. Have a meal at the large formal dining room or breakfast nook area. If you think the living room is a hit for the family, check out the large Family room! Extra deep sectional sofa and cuddle up reading a book next to a cozy fireplace w/ a 65" flat screen that will make you not want to get off the sofa. Better yet, make a cocktail at the bar area while rooting for your favorite team on TV.

There are 3 TV's in the Living room. 1 TV in the Family room. 1 TV in the Master Bedroom & 1 TV out in the backyard patio.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and can accommodate 2
Bedroom 2 has a Twin over Full with a Twin Trundle pull out and can accommodate 4
Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and can accommodate 2
Bedroom 4 is the Mater Suite and has a King Bed and can accommodate 2

The home has a Brand New dual AC units to keep the whole house cool year round. We added a new "baja deck" inside the pool with deep in-pool ledge loungers. Soothing water features and tons of lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Tons of pool floats, toys and treasures. Child size Life jackets are provided.

For the kids, check out the life size playhouse. This will keep them occupied for hours! Play a life size game of Checkers or Chess! By next year, 2 citrus trees will be full of Blood Oranges & Meyer Lemons to enjoy free juices.

A large Gazebo was added with a firepit table to enjoy long conversations and enjoy the outdoor space. The fun doesn't stop there. If indoor entertainment isn't enough, here's your chance to redeem your BBQ cooking skills and cook up a storm on the extra large BBQ grill and relax outdoors under the patio while watching more TV or cherish some memories surrounded by friends and families.

We believe in turning a home into a memorable experience that you'll end up cancelling plans and just stay at home. Unfortunately this home does not allow parties as we respect our neighbors and enjoy living in a peaceful, happy neighborhood.

Need an Lyft/Uber driver to pick you up from the airport? We have a dedicated driver available (must be scheduled in advance).

We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets.

There are exterior cameras. (A front doorbell, front driveway, backyard pool area) they are there to protect my home. Covering up the camera w/o authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave w/o any refunds. If you are not comfortable knowing of this. THIS home may not be for you.
