Great Getaway

This is a great property for two families! Two king suites and a huge hangout space for the kids. Restaurants are nearby. Located just past where the pavement ends north of town. The pool was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and always eager to make our stay perfect.

Tranquil and secluded vacation

We came to Belize because my husband is from Belize and his family scheduled a family reunion. We spent time in San Pedro before the family reunion and had a lovely time at this vacation spot. It is accessible to town and beach activities but also secluded enough to have quiet time. My family enjoyed it a lot. The staff was awesome and provided service above and beyond! Highly recommend this property and would like to come back with more of my family.

Nice, big home to share!

My husband and I wanted to share a house with friends and this house was perfect! Nice view over the pool to the Caribbean and many birds, pelicans, and iguanas to amuse us! We cooked breakfasts almost every day and there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Zoby, the on-site manager, was wonderful!! She took care of our every need and request, and was very helpful! Nick was a wonderful and informed host and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely loved this property! Our family of 7 was able to spread out and appreciated all the spelling options and three full bathrooms. The kitchen was comfortable and spacious with lots of seating and included pots/pans, and all normal kitchen must haves. The furniture was quality, clean and comfortable. The needs were super comfy and the linens were clean and soft. The pool was perfect Nestled between each or the villas and tons of space to chill. Right on the beach and they have a kayak you can paddle out to the reef on. Cute little deck and gondola on the water. Short jump over to secret Beach. The ride into San Pedro town via golf cart is easy with so many dining options on the north side of the island on the way. Property staff were super helpful and available to answer any questions and also to help organize and or coordinate activities as needed. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!!

Perfect

This was the best way to end our trip. First, I want to say how amazing, kind and responsive Lupe and Siad were. I cannot say enough about all of the staff and what an amazing job they do with maintaining the grounds and ensuring an amazing experience for their guests. The house was more than we could imagine and allowed for a space for our young girls to do their thing away from the adults. The house had everything you could need and was fully furnished. If anything is missing, Lupe is very quick to respond. The checkin was easy and seamless and everything was prepared for us including transportation to the villa from our hotel further south and a golf cart waiting for us to use. We had an issue with one of the air conditioners in one of the bedrooms and the staff were very responsive in getting it resolved. We have been to the island more than a dozen times and this was our first experience here. We would definitely return. We couldn’t have asked for a better end to our trip and want to thank everyone for their hospitality.

Great Family Getaway!

Are stay was amazing! Lupe who was great! She set up are taxi ride from airport and we had a golf cart waiting for us at the Villa. Lupe answered all questions we had and then some. Are stay was peaceful and private. We loved having the doc there as we did many days out diving and snorkeling with Amigos del Mar which we also highly recommend. They can pick you up and drop you off right at the doc in front of Seascape Villas. The kayaks were also great to have available to cross over to the reef and snorkel. Siade was very nice he helps out at the Villas we enjoyed the fresh coconuts he gave us to enjoy. The pool was amazing private, quiet and clean great way to start or end the day. The Villa it self was very spacious and just perfect for are family of 5. We would eat breakfast and lunch in if we were not out adventuring and dinners mostly out. Lots of good restaurants are close by and out of the town of San Pedro which we preferred to have it a little less busy. San Pedro though is not a far golf cart ride away. The Villa was in a perfect location and so peaceful. I will miss my morning coffee out on the front porch. Thank you again Lupe, Snowy, Nick, Saide and Robert it was a family trip that we will cherish forever!

Great place to stay on Ambergris Caye!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Villa and resort area! Location is perfect! 3 mi north of bridge. Close enough for a short, fun golf cart ride into town when needed. Lupe (manager and concierge) and her staff are awesome! Lupe set up great tours (diving and fishing). Guides even picked us up from the resort dock. Included daily cleaning service including dishes so we could really relax! Bottom line - beautiful resort and facilities, awesome, attentive staff! No question- we highly recommend!

Pleasant Place to stay

Are party was two coupes and a set of teenage daughters. There were 3 separate suites that fit all of our needs completely. The common area was massive and well appointed. the on-site concierge was very helpful. We used the pool and tennis court every day.

Relaxing Getaway

It's far enough out of town to not feel hectic, but still has plenty of restaurants nearby to be a happening place. Lupe scheduled parasailing and snorkeling for us and they picked us up right at the dock! The grounds and pool are well kept up, and the house itself offers plenty of gathering space, along with a private deck or living room depending on the bedroom. Everyone was very helpful. I would highly recommend this rental!

They arranged excursions for snorkeling and fishing. Even arranged an extra day of snorkeling on short notice which was great. Had in house dining/catering that they also arranged which was fantastic!!! Couldn't have been a better trip.

What an amazing house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice! The area is quiet and away from all the noise of town. You will need a golf cart if you stay here though. We had two families with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and it was perfect. We all had plenty of space. If you dive Chuck and Robbie's were great! They pick you up at the dock in front of the house.

Fun in Belize

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast! Seascape Dragonfly was the perfect amount of space for our family as well as the perfect layout. Lupe and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were taken care of. Our stay at Seascape was our best vacation yet and we will definitely be back!
