Diese Penthouse-Wohnanlage mit fünf Schlafzimmern und Meerblick ist einzigartig auf der Insel. Die untere Etage befindet sich auf der dritten und vierten Etage und besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich, zwei Hauptschlafzimmern mit je einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad sowie einem dritten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (die zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden können) König) plus ein halbes Bad. Die zweite Ebene bietet zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und eigenem Bad, eine voll ausgestattete Bar und eine Barlounge mit Flachbildfernseher sowie eine große Sonnenterrasse mit bequemen Loungemöbeln und einem Grill aus Edelstahl. Mit über 4000 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche und unvergleichlichem Blick auf die Karibik wird diese luxuriöse Wohnanlage Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen.

Diese Eigentumswohnung ist Teil der Familie "The Landings at Tres Cocos", zu der auch Optionen mit 1 oder 2 Schlafzimmern gehören. Sie befindet sich nördlich der Brücke am Schnitt und weniger als 1,6 km von der Stadt San Pedro entfernt. The hosts Brittany and Mike were very helpful with tours and communicated very well with updates. Our VRBO was just as described.There is some construction on the other side of condos but it was not a problem. The ocean view was great. Note: during this time of the year the est side of San Pedro was dealing with sargassum on the beach and few the first 30 yds. out. I would d defiantly stay at the condo again. I would just come fall or spring.

Brittany and Mike were fantastic, super responsive before and during the trip! Very helpful with flights, booked, picked us up & brought us back from the airport and there to meet us even when we got an earlier flight. They also set up snorkeling and fishing tours that were great - picked us up right from our dock. Highly recommend.

The hosts were amazing and made everything flawless. Britney was very helpful with setting up the puddle jumper, an excursion, golf carts and giving us information about local activities such as the boat parade. The place was also more amazing then the pictures showed with so much space and very well maintained and had everything you needed. We are telling all our friends and hope we can go back and stay with them again soon.

We were a group of 5 couples in the 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath north ocean front penthouse.The accommodations were just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, and out of the more crowded area on the south side of the bridge, but close to morning coffee & donuts and a marketWe really didn't utilize the kitchen except for the fridge and coffee maker.Our hosts, Brittany, Mike, Kimberly and Chad were extremely helpful during the entire reservation process and our stay, making sure we were taken care of. They made sure to have all of our itinerary so all we had to do was enjoy our time together.Our host made flight reservations from Belize City to San Pedro, made our golf cart reservations, pre-stocked the refrigerator per our requests, kept us stocked with 5 gallon fresh water jugs, checked in with us to ensure we were happy.Thank you to the entire Vrbo group at The Landings at Tres Cocos!

the management far exceeds most managements. Kimberly and Chad do a wonderful job in communication, booking island flights, golf carts, airport pickup, tours, a one stop shop. the condo is very nice, wonderful views, the upstairs deck being my favorite spot in the morning and evening. Coco Locos next door on the beach is a great bar and small restaurant, the kabobs are excellent. The onsite pier was perfect for any tours on the water as they pick you up there.

Perfect holiday

The two story condo/villa was even better than the pictures showed. From the initial booking to the departure Brittany and Mike provided a 5 star experience. Their communication was extraordinary. They booked our flights to the island, reserved golf carts for us, met us at the airport, took our luggage to the condo, got us to the cart rental, explained everything about the condo and the area and responded within minutes of any questions or issues. The condo was even larger than we expected. Each of the five bedrooms were en suite with a king bed. There were several living areas and several patios overlooking the water. The location was perfect. Close enough to town, but far enough away for relaxing. We have stayed other places in Ambergris Caye, but will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent service, beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. Well designed and decorated. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. It was very clean. Location is nearly in the city, so if you like to be near the city - this is your place. It is quiet on the property and you will not be bothered by outside noise. Brittany and Mike were very responsive and accommodating. Delivered water and other supplies almost immediately. They carried our many many bags up the four flights of stairs. There are a lot of stairs up and down. I would book this condo again. Its just terrific!

Great location

This is a very nice place for large groups. However a little maintenance should be done. We wanted to use the BBQ and it was out of propane. Perhaps keeping an extra bottle on hand would be a good idea. Shower heads in upstairs bathrooms were not putting out a good flow. But we would stay again. None of these issues were deal breakers. Was very nice and helpful to have drinks there when we got there and having our plane reservations made for us was wonderful. Thank you Kimberly for taking care of that.

Glad you enjoyed your time with us and we apologize again for the gas tank running out of propane. Confirming we replaced the tank and you were able to use the grill as planned. Letting us know during your stay you were having issues with a shower would have been helpful as the shower head just needed to be rinsed out. All working as needed.

We had the most wonderful trip! A huge portion of that was due to Brittany, the property manager! The house was wonderful, the views were stunning, and all of the accommodations in the VRBO were perfect! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, beach towels, and other nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool on property as well! I can’t say enough about Brittany! We booked three excursions through her all of which were incredible! They made our check in and check out so smooth. They created us at the airport, had the rental golf cart ready, drove us back to the property and showed us all around. Just incredible! We really didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our trip. Seriously! This is the best experience that we have ever had at any VRBO in the past. Brittany and her team get a 5 star rating and then some if I could!

Very nice condo with a great location

The condo was very nice for our group of five friends. The views from the condo and balconies are really fantastic. It was very spacious, clean and fit our needs well. The location was also optimal—just to the north of town with good access to both north and south of the peninsula. We did have some issues with consistent hot water on the main level of the condo. You should also be aware that wireless access is somewhat limited—especially if you are counting on connectivity for business. The pool was close and convenient; the pier for fishing charters was also very close. There is also a neighborhood type bar next door with friendly people and was a great place to relax before dinner. While we were there, the saltwater pool was not operational. You should also note that there is no beach on the property only seawall. Kimberly was very friendly and easy to work with on all aspects of the rental. We had a good time and would return to this rental again in the future.

For clarification, and as shown in the property pictures, we have a large beach area in front of our property which is protected by a seawall. (This is common on the island) The seawall was constructed to help prevent beach erosion and protect the mangroves. There is access into the water from one of our docks or stairs. Complimentary wifi is available around the pool areas and in the condos. Internet is provided by a local company, which initiates an international IP address. The international IP address can sometimes be blocked when trying to access proprietary conference websites, databases etc. General internet access is typically not a problem. Due to an off shore storm which caused strong winds and rough seas, we were not able to have the salt water pool working for a number of days as the waves were pushing silt into the salt water pool. While we understand the inconvenience, the salt water pool is normally operational it is very rare for this to occur.

Excellent Family Vacation

We highly recommend this well furnished and well maintained property. We were a family of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view was absolutely beautiful. Kimberly and Chad were very helpful and were quick to respond to any requests. They worked behind the scenes to ensure our flights to San Pedro were adjusted when our arriving flight was delayed, making the start of our vacation stress free. Group trip for 40th Birthday celebration

Highly recommend this property and doing business with both Kimberly and Chad. They literally went above and beyond for a group of 19. Even after facing a rare hurricane that was a direct hit to Belize and the islands, Kimberly gave us reassurance that everything was fine and intact for our stay. She provided great communication and transportation options for our arrival and departure. Overall a simply wonderful experience and even better accommodations at the Penthouse suite. 4 NIGHTS IN PARADISE

We were in San Pedro for a mission trip, and chose this condo due to it's size. 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bath, perfect for a large group. Plenty of space in a beautifully appointed condo with a million dollar view. Property manager was very accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed and replied very promptly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to any large group looking for a big place to enjoy the island. BTW the location is great, right north of the bridge, so close to town, but not "in" town.

Graduate Trip

We were two families with three graduates. The condo was centrally located with plenty of room to accommodate all 10 of us. The assistance given by Kimberley and Chad was top notch. The service of being able to book all excursions and paying once at the end is very helpful service provided. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and property

Loved this place. The location was perfect relative to town. Kimberly and Chad were very helpful and accommodating. Everything went wonderfully. And Ambergris Caye never disappoints. We will be staying here again!

No Stress most enjoyable Vaca.

The house was in the perfect location to access everything by golf cart. The PM had everything arranged and ready to go, a smooth transition from the airport and drinks in the refrigerator. We set up some excursions with them and they were so much fun. We had all of our adult kids and spouses and we would highly recommend this house. We will also use the same PM again when we return.

Excellent Unit, Location and Hosts

This unit is perfect for 8 to 10 people, it's well furnished and maintained, the location is outstanding, and the hosts Kimberley and Chad couldn't be better. Whether you want to rest and relax on the private top deck, sun next to the pool, chill in hammock or schedule a tour this is the place and the hosts that will take care of it all. It was wonderful for my family.

Located just one mile north of San Pedro town proper with easy access to town and surrounding areas, restaurants/bars and shopping. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town center, however, still close enough to amenities.
