This is a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean, very close to great restaurants, shopping, parks, large supermarket, night clubs etc.

Many very expensive ($10, $20 million and even $30 mil) apartments right in this part of South Beach.

Only 2 blocks to world famous Ocean Drive restaurants and tourism spots. Also great shopping like Armani Exchange, Victoria's Secret, True Religion, Zara Equinox Gym etc.

15 minute ride to Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Miami Heat Arena, the new Perez Art Museum and Design District.

There's a queen bed from Restoration Hardware, with a very comfortable mattress.
Also a comfortable CB2 sofa bed for up to 2 more people.
Keep in mind that the room isn't very large, so make sure you're OK with this if you're considering having more than 2 guests.

2 blocks to world famous Nikki Beach restaurant/beach club, and Story night Club
Also famous Joe's Stone Crab, Prime 112 (where the Miami Heat basketball players and celebrities hang out) and a bunch of other incredible restaurants (some expensive, others reasonable). I'll be happy to make recommendations!

This is a LEGAL short term rental, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
Many rentals offered in South Beach are in buildings that are not zoned for short term and are only allowed 1 year rentals!

Please note that there isn't much of a view from this apartment, the picture of the pool and beach is included to show the amazing scene just behind the building.
The view and lifestyle are fantastic as soon as you step outside though!

"South of Fifth Street (SOFI) has emerged as the most expensive section of Miami Beach. A string of high-rise condos along the water are selling apartments for record prices.

Last year, a penthouse at one of two Continuum towers sold for $25 million, then the highest sale for an apartment in Miami Beach. In late December, a penthouse at the neighboring Icon tower sold for just under $21 million, a record for a bay-facing apartment in the city.

More than a dozen restaurants, including several considered the most exclusive in Miami Beach, have opened in the neighborhood, which is also home to the 18-acre South Pointe Park."
