Pool Rules - 15 yrs of age and under are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pool and/or other building amenities schedule is determined by the building management and is subject to change from time to time for reasons including but not limited to: Time or year, maintenance, etc. Tenant is not entitled to a refund in whole or in part for any reason amenity is not in service.

Linens and towels are provided. Paper towels and toilet paper is not provided.

2 parking spaces with permits provided

Must be minimum 28 years of age. No occupants under the age of 28 unless they are children of the tenant (Exceptions are available case by case with written request and approval prior to executing the agreement). A copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required when making reservation.

A signed copy of the attached rental agreement along with a copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required to rent the condo. If you are unable to find the attached rental agreement, please include your email address with the reservation and one will be emailed to you. It shall be completed and emailed along with copy of driver’s license for all adults to the email address in the rental agreement or attached to the message thread within 48 hours of reservation. If it is not received within 48 hours after reservation, then the reservation will be canceled.
