Blue Marlin ist eine Eigentumswohnung direkt am Kanal in der 120th Street. Dieses vierstöckige Gebäude verfügt über einen Außenpool und einen Aufzug. Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock mit absolut herrlichem Blick auf den Kanal und die Bucht. Gewölbedecken schaffen einen offenen und großen Raum in einer komfortablen Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer hat Queen-Couch ausziehen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich direkt in der Waschküche in der Wohnung. Ein ausgewiesener Parkplatz für das Gerät unter dem Gebäude mit zusätzlichen Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb. Große Veranda ist wunderbar für Morgenbrise und Abendsonnenuntergänge. Die berühmte Crabcake Factory, WAWA, CVS und Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts und Greene Turtle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele andere Orte sind bequem zu erreichen

Great property for our family of 5!

If you like to be on the higher streets and don’t mind a short 7/8 minute walk to the beach this property is for you ! Host has excellent communication from booking to check out. There was an issue with the toilet upon check in and there was someone to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Favorite Place in OC

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this condo. It is comfortable, great location and feels like home. The owner is super friendly and has great communication. We will certainly be renting again.

The condo was very nice and just what we needed. The views from the balcony were very nice and we could watch the fireworks at Northside Park. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy, comfortable, and as advertised!

Check-in was easy, Anthony was speedy with replies to any questions that came up, and overall the place was comfortable and clean and honestly felt huge for a two bedroom, thanks to the vaulted ceilings. The location is prime; we love 120th street for the proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and a short walk to the beach.As others have mentioned, the appliances are quite outdated, but they all seemed to work just fine, so that didn't matter to me.There were a few dishes that weren't so clean, but I'm not sure if that's the previous tenant's or the cleaning company's fault. Also, a place to more thoroughly clean off beach equipment and let it dry would be ideal, but this isn't in control of the owner. I only mention it because that's the only thing that would make me look elsewhere for options. But otherwise we'd 100% book here again!

Great rental in a prime location. Clean, comfortable, and everything was in working condition. Listing was very accurate and all amenities were as promised. While it could use some updating, please note that everything was fully functional and more than adequate for our needs.

Fantastic OC Condo

This is our third stay at this condo and it is a fantastic property. It has created an OC tradition for our family. The place is clean, well stocked and in the perfect neighborhood for a family with young kids. Anthony the owner communicates exceptionally well and is a pleasure to deal with. Perfect location and great host

This location was super close to shops, coffee, and the beach. Host was very communicative and responded to all questions quickly. We loved the outdoor space and view- definitely great to spend part of the work day out there! The family room was a great place to watch movies and hang out together. Spacious kitchen, clean bathrooms, and relaxing bedrooms- overall great place!

Convenient and quiet

5 of us, ages 12-76, stayed 5 days. Perfect location, from the closeness of the elevator and pool, to being in the vicinity of places to eat and shop, to the views from the deck. Comfortable rooms, enough space. Appliances are aging but everything worked great. We never heard a peep from anyone around us. We’ll be back.

Location is everything

Seriously such a great location in an area of OCMD that has tons to walk to and given the traffic at times, walking is the quickest way to travel. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. Condo has a nice layout, beds were comfy which is a huge plus, a/c worked great, and it was so helpful to have the washer and dryer. Would recommend this place and the host. Thank you!

The Pictures Do Not Do This Place Justice

A spacious and meticulously clean property with additional storage not shown in the pictures, and a larger than expected laundry room. Spectacular views of the sunset each night, and a rather large balcony for relaxing with the family. The covered parking had enough clearance for my SUV and a cargo carrier on top, and protected my vehicle from the elements. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very nice place. Want to let you know a few things. The master bath toilet often does not shut off, the shower drips and the drain is sluggish. The garbage disposal was full of watermelon rinds. I pulled them out and threw them away. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Vacation

Great location in uptown OCMD. Anthony was very easy to communicate with. The unit could use a deep clean of floor mats etc but it was generally clean for our stay. We had an amazing time and the fireworks view is unmatched from the balcony.

Exactly what we needed

We were in town for the OCJF and this place was perfect. It has covered parking and the condo complex is safe and quiet. The condo itself is nice and suited our needs peefectly. Anthony was great to work with and responded to our questions quickly. Overall a great experience.

Ocean City retreat

Lovely stay in a very comfortable home. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. Everything was close by- restaurants, shops, mini golf and go-karting. Accommodation was as described. Kitchen was more than adequate with many items and ample plates and cutlery. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The owner Anthony was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.

Felt like home!

Home was exactly as listed and more! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious all of the rooms were. We arrived to a clean and tidy space. The balcony was our favorite spot to hang out. The location was also perfect and in walking distance to a lot of different things like groceries, the beach, mini golf. Perfect for families. We also LOVED the keyless entry and the pool was so amazing. We had the pool to ourself so many days. Very quiet neighborhood right on the canals. Oh! And you can see some of the ocean from the balcony!
