Our Beach Blessing is a convenient, stylish and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family friendly condo with fully equip kitchen. It offers you the best of both worlds a quiet North Ocean City, MD and Fenwick Island DE with a great view of the sunset from the balcony. With shopping, dining and fun activities just steps away and walking distance to the beach, you will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We don’t rent teenagers and parties not allowed. THINGS TO KNOW:
Maximum Occupancy - 8 Check in 3pm Check out 10am Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise level which exceed those established by the Department of Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26.02.03.02 or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances which are criminal offenses if violated. This unit is NON SMOKING.

Kitchen - complete with microwave, dishwasher, stove, griddle, toaster, multi purpose cooker, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker.

Living room area has 2 full sofa, center table, smart TV, wireless internet and games.
Bedroom Arrangement:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - Trundle bed 1 full and 2 twin perfect for kids plus Queen airbed. Living Room - pull out full bed *. We asks that guest will bring their own toiletries, linens, blankets, sheets and towels. I can give you some recommendations where to rent them if you don’t want to bring it with you.

Outdoor Amenities:
Swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Deck - front and back deck. Front deck has the view of the beautiful sunset while the back deck has the view of the outdoor pool.
Outdoor shower - available. Please rinse off after your beach trip and don’t bring sand into the house. This is an awesome walking area. Walking distance to the beach and bay. So many walking distance restaurants, shopping and water sports activities such as biking, kayaking, boating, fishing and there is so much to do mini golf, water park, arcade, laser tag, go-cart.
