Welcome to paradise. This resort is a bright and cheery four-story building with only 64 units. For the family or couple who are looking for a home away from home this condo is decorated to the highest of standards with many fine details and many upgrades. Every modern convenience has been included here. Large master bedroom with an oh so comfortable brand new KING mattress and box springs, for a great night's sleep, en-suite bathroom. Full size dresser, Flat screen TV and DVD player. Don't forget, we offer FREE BEACH SERVICE, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!!!

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN HIGH SEASON MAY, JUNE, JULY and AUGUST WE WILL ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. During those months we reserve the right to not accept the booking.


Charming comfortable and safe bunk area for the children, with ample storage space, TV and DVD player and en-suite bathroom. PRIVACY DOORS!!


Large living room has comfortable full size sleeper sofa, and dining area seats six. 65 ' Flat Screen TV/DVD player. Fully equipped modern kitchen with Corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer.

Bright and cheery custom paint, original artwork throughout with upgraded light fixtures and ceiling fans.

Located on the FOURTH floor, the huge balcony has possibly one of the very best views in the entire complex. Overlooking the beautiful Emerald waters of the Gulf, a 4000 square foot jewel of a pool with infinity edge, kids walk in, adult water bench area, lush tropical landscaping a hot spa tub and vast sunning decks with luxury loungers, chairs tables and umbrellas.

Spacious condo within a short walk to the fabulous Miramar Beach. The beach umbrella and chairs is a valuable amenity. We loved the ability to communicate directly with the owner with any questions that arose. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Beach Resort

The location was great with restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The beach access with little kids was a little further than would have liked but not bad if you bring a wagon. The rental was updated however the furniture(couches) and rug were really dirty. The pool was very clean and sold the place for us.

Great property

My wife and I enjoyed a nice week at this property. Condo was clean and communication with Jack was excellent. Location was great with a nice view of the ocean. Check in was flawless. I would definitely recommend this unit.

This vacation was just what my wife and I needed. The condo is beautifully renovated and stocked extremely well with cooking and eating utensils. The few from the 4th floor balcony is just stunning and overlooks the pool. The pool is an amazing resort style pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping and trees which make it very private. The walk to the private beach entrance is just a short walk down the street and we loved having the beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. We will be back again!

Kid-friendly condo close to EVERYTHING

We had a great stay at this comfy condo. The bunk beds and separate bathroom were perfect for the kids, and the adults had a comfy king bed and separate bathroom. The sheets were nice! The kitchen was modern and fun to cook in. The whole family spent a great deal of time in the awesome pool.

We had a great time during our last trip to Beach Resort - beautiful sunny weather and excellent water temperature.The unit was very clean, and it looks like recently updated - fresh paint and new kitchen counter tops. The kitchen was also very good stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The check-in went smoothly and the unit was ready for our arrival.And last but not least, our host was very communicative. He answered to our questions promptly, without any delays or reminders and provided all the information we needed. We'll be definitely back to Beach Resort.

Great Family Spot

Everything was great about our stay from start to finish. The owner was quick to get us our parking pass and make themselves available well before we arrived. The location and condo itself were excellent. The beach was close by and really anything we needed was no longer than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. The condo itself was a modern, clean, and welcoming. My wife already wants to come back for spring break next year. Would certainly stay here again!

Overall the property was great. Having the panty locked caused all the groceries to have to sit on the counter which was not convenient. When we arrived there was a left over hamburger left in the microwave that the cleaning people missed.
