CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

The cozy living room welcomes you with seating for four and a captivating view of the Gulf of Mexico, looking out over the beach-front balcony. The well-equipped kitchen will meet your needs, whether planning for home-cooked meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach or lounging by the pool.

This 1-bedroom one and a half bath Destin vacation rental is perfect for up to four people, recharge each night in the comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Flat-panel televisions are located in the living room and bedroom.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
