This is such a lovely beachfront condo. It has beautiful beach decor and a well-thought-out layout. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the living space was open and comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony and saw dolphins almost every day. The beach was less crowded than other properties around it, and is very close to a state park beach which made for a great place to walk on the beach. We enjoyed having the beach service chairs and umbrella. The location right in Destin was very convenient. Check-in was easy and the property manager was easy to contact. We would certainly stay here again.

Condo well equipped with anything you need for your stay. The kitchen organization amazing and had just the right number of utensils, dishes and pots and pans for a great week. I porch area is fantastic, to sit and enjoy morning coffee and watch the waves. Beach access cannot be beat.

Great location!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! I was in love with how close we were to the beach!!! The view was amazing. Enjoyed everyday on the beach!!! I only have two complaints, one was that we could hear the family that was staying above us the entire stay and they would have us up at 6am most mornings! The other complaint was that the Wi-Fi was terrible, so at night we were unable to let the kids watch movies. All and all we were there for the beach and could not ask for a better location!

We love Crystal Villas for its size, convenience, views. This particular unit is our very favorite though. This was our second time here, and we hope to have a third! This unit is clean, attractive, and very well appointed. All that we need is there, and there’s just the right amount of decor - it’s not overly cluttered. Also - the internet works better in this unit than in any others we’ve ever stayed in. You may not need it if you’re trying to disconnect, but it’s nice to have if you do!!

YOU SHOULD RENT THIS ONE

Considering every category this is the best condo we have stayed at. We travel to the beach twice ea year and stay at various places. This was our first time at this location but I would surely return if available. The owner was very nice and also available and Theresa, the property manager, was the most caring and responsive I have ever run into. Everything is updated and it was bright and nicely decorated, It was very clean and the bed was great plus the really unique thing is that the owners obviously spend a good bit o time there themselves bc it is set up like you might expect if you were staying at a friends house. They left spices, salt and pepper etc and a lot of things you usually have to buy and throw away. There r really no negatives at all. You should rent this one.

Great vacation!

First off the condo was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. Claudia has made sure to provide everything that is needed. If you have a question about something, there’s helpful information written down or Claudia responds to a text/email right away. There was only one downside to the entire trip. Others have mentioned it in their reviews but the upstairs neighbors were hardly ever quiet. I’m not sure how it’s possible, but it sounded like they were sliding furniture across the floor for hours on end. I understand a barstool may be moved at times, but this was non stop. I’m not sure if it was the owners or renters that stayed there, but it definitely creates an issue for those staying at Claudia’s condo, which is unfortunate for her because her place is amazing. I’m just not sure we would stay in the exact same condo next time with the fear of the noise the upstairs neighbors may cause.

Lovely place, beautiful view up and down the beach, fresh breeze, lots of light, comfortable furnishings, clean and fresh. We had a wonderful time here for our fall getaway. The neighborhood is homey and quiet. Two nice restaurants (Camille's, Crab Trap) within walking distance. (if it's not hot out!). Publix just across 98. We were only 4 buildings down from the park. But never had to leave our beach. The umbrellas and chairs were perfect. And we could almost holler to each other between the balcony and the beach chairs. I ended up dealing with sun allergy so spent lots of time on the balcony or indoors, and with the beautiful views, I felt like I didn't miss out on anything. We actually already booked for next year. The only thing we wish we'd change? Thicker walls between units. But there's nothing you can do about that. We just turned our TV up to drown out the TV news next door.

We have been coming to Destin every year since 2015. We've been searching to find a place that suited our tastes and finally found the perfect condo that we are proud to share with our guests.

This condo is in a low density complex with a private beach. What sets our unit apart from the others is the extra square footage that you can feel and appreciate if you've stayed in others in the complex. It's conveniently located on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs offering privacy you won't get on the first floor and views without going up another flight of stairs to the 3rd.

We fell in love with this area right from the start. The beautiful white powdery sand, Crystal Blue water and wonderful view of the endless coastline. Sunrises and Sunsets are breath taking you don't even have to leave the comfort of your balcony, or you can walk to a favorite restaurant.

We've stayed in a lot of condos over the years and knew what we wanted to offer that is missing in others. Ladies can appreciate a lighted magnifying make up mirror and vanity area. We have toiletry baskets under each bathroom sink to neatly tuck away your personal items when not in use. We have a generous start-up kit of basic essentials to get you started so you don't need to rush to the store.
