The house was as described, spotless clean. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need. Bedding was extra comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, toys, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella. Perfect location. Very private. The community pools and splash pad was wonderful. The kids loved it as a relief from the summer sun on the beach. The house pool could have used a little cleaning it had alot of sand in it. We will visit again.

House was clean upon arrival. The pictures on line need to be updated, the neighborhood is much more built up, for example there are houses across the street. The house is close to the beach and community pools, having your own pool was great! It’s a great small, family resort community!! The house has a lots of outdoor seating on all levels and by the pool. The house does say will supply you with “starter” amenities, you will definitely need, dish soap, a sponge! Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom was provided), dishwasher soap too. A bonus was the extra fridge in the garage, comfortable beach chairs, a beach wagon, 1 small beach umbrella and enough toys for the kids. I would recommended this house overall, if you don’t mind stairs.

Beautiful property with so much room! Everyone loved the neighborhood amenities. It was so easy to take the grandchildren to the beach and neighborhood pool. The house pool was wonderful as well. The grill was clean and in excellent condition. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second trip to Cinnamon Beach, although our first time staying at Canary Castle, and we continue to love coming here for a relaxing family vacation.The location of the house within the community was excellent, with easy access to the beach and community pools. One of our favorite things about Cinnamon Beach is how quiet and uncrowded it is. The pools, splash pad, and recreation areas are always very clean, and we never had to worry about fighting for lounge chairs. It makes for such a relaxing experience, especially with kids.The house was a great size for our group of 10 (8 adults and 2 children), and we even had some daytime visitors without it ever feeling crowded. It was well equipped with beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, bikes, and other items that made enjoying the beach and community easy. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels and linens for all of the bathrooms.There are a few areas that could use some attention. The kitchens and bathrooms need a deeper cleaning. We noticed some mold and mildew around faucets and grout, and several areas really needed a good scrub. The ceiling fans were also quite dusty. The kitchen supplies could use some updating as well; a good spatula and a few wooden spoons would be helpful.There were also some maintenance items that should be addressed. A few shower faucets were starting to pull away from the walls, and some porch doors and locks did not close properly. After a storm, the pool accumulated quite a bit of leaves and debris and was not cleaned during the remainder of our stay. We also had an issue with a stove burner and the vent fan. Maintenance did come to check it out, which we appreciated, although the vent fan later began leaking onto the stovetop.Overall, we really love Cinnamon Beach and the relaxed atmosphere it provides. Great Stay for a large family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 10. 8 adults and 2 kids. The bunk room downstairs with a master suite downstairs worked well for our adult kids with grand kids. We did not use the 3rd floor or either of the front facing balconies at all. The 2nd floor back balcony that was screened in over the pool was a great place to hang out and eat dinner.The pool was a great place to get out of the ocean water and just float around with the grandkids. There were plenty of chairs for our group of 10. There were boards, and tows for the kids as well. Room for parking for 4 and the double garage was great to keep all of our beach things during the trip. The garage fridge was great to keep drinks downstairs and ready to take to the beach.The only thing I will mention is to make sure you know that your cooking space and main living space is on the second floor. You will need to carry all groceries and luggage upstairs. This was not a issue for us but it may be for some. Everything in the house worked great and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need from home. The neighborhood is great and quiet just as we had hoped. The pool areas and splash pad were very nice as well. The beach was awesome with nice soft sand. There are some shells in places but not anything that would hurt your feet walking on it. There were some rocks that would show up at the shoreline at low tide, but overall it is a sandy bottom beach which we all enjoyed. The waves varied from day to day but we were able to get in the water just about every day. There was a day with a tropical wave that we only entered knee deep as the waves were pretty big. There are no flag system here so it is enter at your own risk. We loved how the area is residential and not over crowded. We were able to set up everyday after 10 am and never had to fight for a space. Every day were no more than 50 feet from the staircase that lead down to the beach. 2 walkovers to choose from very near the house.

Love, love, loved it!

We had a group of 6 ladies on a beach get-away.The house was wonderful! It was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a couple of little requests and management was quick to respond and clarify for us. The pool was a favorite for all of us. We enjoyed the community and felt safe at all times. Walks on the beach were relaxing and enjoyed by everyone. We would definitely come back to stay at Canary Castle!

It was exactly what we needed for our large family. Plently of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. It had an outdoor grill that we used while enjoying the house pool. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distact to the beach and had plenty of beach toys and chairs so we didn't have to bother with taking any. We had access to 3 great pools and a splash pad for our 2 yr old grandson. There was a 2 car garage with plently of parking. We will definately go back.

Nice accommodations

The property was clean and nicely set up for rental. We were slightly disappointed we couldn't use the elevator. We wanted to use it just to load and move our luggage and other items upstairs but we had to carry them all up. Could definitely use a decent 10 or 12" skillet. The ones available were poor. Otherwise everything was fine.

Family Christmas

I have been hosting family Christmas since 2007. The family is getting so large that we have to rent house to accommodate everyone. This year I had to do 2 house, and Palm Coast was a perfect place, because I was able to find 2 house next to each other, with beach in walking distance and club house amenities to enjoy. The house were perfect, well stocked with everything you can think of that you might need. Were airy and clean, and was even able to check in early. Communication was always quick. We will definitly be visiting again, since we did not go on the beach or the club house (too cold) Thank You Nita

Family Getaway

The Property Manager made the stay! When we arrived the house seemed to be missing a few things that were important however the ladies from the management company were on site within an hour of us calling. Their responsiveness and then seeing them throughout the neighborhood during our stay was wonderful. The home is great for multi generation visitors with loads of space. (We had grandparents to newborns). The backyard pool was fabulous to use while grilling out. The location could not have been better - we could pop back for anything the children forgot or needed and the community kiddie pool was a hit to the youngest children! The home could use a few more beach towels and kitchen basics as those were missed. Overall the house was great, location was perfect and if you see a home with this management company I’d rent with them again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, house, pool, community, amenities are great. Feedback from those who were in this house: They would suggest to check up on any hired house cleaning services. 2 beds had sand in the sheets upon arrival. We suggest an inventory of household goods. Some item counts were off & found in the 2nd house next door. Suggestion to add a cream & sugar set for a house of 10.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was okay, but had some maintenance issues. Management Co. was very responsive. Pool was filthy and supposed to be heated but was not. One shower didn't work. Sofa was broken. The area is nice, but there is nothing to do unless you play golf. We were visiting family so not a huge deal, but kind of out of the way. All agreed that for the money, we would not go back.

Had a lot of varying requests from family when looking for a house for our family vacation. Having been to Cinnamon Beach numerous times before I knew this location would not disappoint!! House was well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, baths, and beach!! A few small house details we didn’t love was the main level is on the second floor with no steps down to the pool from that level. And we found the third floor to be a waste of space and useless. There must be another bedroom up there that belongs to the owners so the only thing available to guests is a wet bar, two Parson style chairs, and a balcony. There would be no reason to store anything up in the wet bar when you wouldn’t spend time up there. Location was perfect for us. Across the street and down 3 houses was the boardwalk to the beach. A short walk the other direction was the family pool and clubhouse on one side of the street and the adult, beachfront pool on the other side. Family clubhouse has a little bar and grill to order food and drinks which is nice too (no coolers allowed there). Cinnamon Beach Vacations is who we usually book through and they are top-notch. If you are looking to rent a property here, highly recommend you work through them. They are quite responsive and easy to work with from the booking process through checkout.

Close to beach access and pools. Plus a great backyard pool. Would book again!

House was great, plenty of rooms and space. Greatly appreciated the fact that the community is gated. Quick walking distance to the beach and community pools, which were both clean and well maintained. The pool net was broken at the house and our host responded quickly and had another one delivered promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time on our Cinnamon Beach vacation!! The communication was prompt and direct from booking to check-in. We didn't experience any issues at all during our stay. The house and pool were both spotless when we arrived. It looks like there were some recent renovations done, and the only issue was that none of the shower plates were secured when the new hardware was installed. This was unsightly (but not a huge deal). You definitely want to get that addressed to avoid water getting behind the tiles. Otherwise, the home had tons of games, kitchen supplies, bikes, everything you need! We would absolutely stay here again! It was within walking distance to 2 pools, the beach, and the bar and grille! Backyard has plenty of privacy. We had a great trip with our dogs!
