Genial ... Großartig ... Wahrscheinlich auch einer der besten Werte, da hier problemlos 3 Familien untergebracht werden können! Diese riesigen 3-stöckigen 4.300+ s. f. Das 2007 erbaute Haus mit Meerblick und Schlafzimmern auf jeder Etage befindet sich in idealer Lage in der Cinnamon Beach Gasse in Cinnamon Beach, einer der Hauptstraßen von N. E. Floridas Premier Gated Subdivisions. Mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern, Master-Suite mit Bartresen, privatem Balkon für jedes Schlafzimmer, Seeblick und Sonnenuntergang im Hinterhof (direkt am See auf der Rückseite), Meerblick und Sonnenaufgang auf der Vorderseite (das Meer ist auf der anderen Straßenseite vorne) ), 2 voll ausgestattete Waschküchen, 2 große Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss, 2 kleinere Flachbildfernseher in den Schlafzimmern.

Reisen Sie mit Ihrem Haustier? Wohlerzogene Hunde bis zu 40 kg werden gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Betracht gezogen. Die geflieste Außendusche unter der Treppe ist perfekt nach einem Tag am Strand oder in den beiden Pools nebenan. Schlafplatz für mehr, aber derzeit Hausbesitzerverband begrenzt Übernachtungsgäste auf 12 Personen. Eine Garage ist für die Gäste mit zusätzlichen Parkplätzen in der Auffahrt für insgesamt bis zu 5 Fahrzeuge durchschnittlicher Größe.

Die Cinnamon Beach-Pools und das Clubhaus, die sich alle nur ein Haus entfernt befinden, umfassen einen ruhigeren beheizten Pool am Meer sowie einen familienfreundlichen beheizten Pool mit Strandzugang, einen Wasserspielbereich mit Spray & Play und ein Kind Pool für die Kleinen. Beide Pools haben auch Whirlpools.

Master-Bad verfügt über eine große Badewanne mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Clubhaus umfasst einen Fitnessraum, einen Billardtisch, ein Spielzimmer und ein Café. Wander- / Radwege verlaufen durch die gesamte Unterteilung, durch die auch ein Golfplatz verläuft. Das Beach Walkover befindet sich direkt neben dem Pool am Meer. Telefon in Einheit mit landesweitem Ferngespräch sowie kostenlosem drahtlosen Highspeed-Internet. Das Haus ist so eingerichtet, dass mehrere Familien schlafen oder das Extrazimmer genießen können!

From the time of booking until checkout Tammy & Steve made me feel welcome. Upon entry to Sadie's Place my Guests and I felt a sense of peace and warmth. The decor throughout the house was very well thought out. The location within a short walk to the pool and beach was everything! This was a long overdue Rest & Relaxation vacation that more than exceeded expectations!

Our stay at this beach home was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, only steps from the sand, with ocean views that made every morning feel like a postcard. The house itself was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully maintained. We especially appreciated the small touches like travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, along with fresh towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for barbecueing and watching the sunset. Hosts Steve and Tammy put care into every detail to make guests feel welcome, and communication was quick and clear. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free beach getaway.

Our 1st time staying at Sadie’s place and the house is stunning! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 11. Extremely well appointed property with everything you could need. Our oldest immediately took over the ground floor, calling it his "basement house." All the rooms were clean and cozy. Our daughter loved the kids room with bunk bed. All had a good time. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place to stay

Wonderful Palm Coast Getaway

We loved this home! The beds were comfortable and the house very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. We rented this for a family reunion and celebration of my dad’s 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for the dinner we hosted (about 20 people) and the 10 that stayed the night. We loved walking to the pool and the beach and the kids all loved the games (that were in working order!). We would love to stay there again

Palm Coast Beauty

This was our first stay on Cinnamon Beach and won’t be our last. Steve and Tammy were wonderful and we didn’t have one issue. The house is comfortable and roomy enough for three families. The location next to the club pools was wonderful for the kids and adults. There is as lovely cafe at the main pool that served great drinks and food. The adults loved ending the day on one of the many porches for conversation and a glass of wine. Thanks again to our hosts❤️

Amazing beach vacation house!!

Rent this house if you are looking for a great family vacation with the pool house next door and ocean across the street. This house is in the absolute perfect location inside of the Hammock community. No need to bring any beach/pool towels or toys, Steve has everything you need! Steve, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The house is clean and has anything you need for a wonderful vacation. We cooked out daily at the house, the kitchen had all amenities necessary. The rooms are all spacious, extra linens, blankets, towels as needed. We will be coming back!! Thank you Steve!

We had a great stay! The house was large for multiple families, clean, close to the pools, kiddie area and beach! We enjoyed the local restaurants and visiting Flagler. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a quiet getaway with all the amenities and will consider this spot for future vacations!

Best place I have stayed in yet!

I have rented many VRBO properties for various trips and vacations and always choose to stay in Palm Coast for this particular outing. Our group was a little larger this time so we were looking for something with more room that would be comfortable for all. This house is fantastic! Super clean, super comfortable and in a gorgeous neighborhood with the ocean right across the street. Hosts are also wonderful, very attentive with excellent communication and genuinely committed to you having a great visit. I have rented some nice places and had several good experiences with VRBO; this one is now my favorite.

The home was built with views in mind from every floor front and rear of home.
