The living room offers panoramic ocean views perfect for spotting dolphins and migrating Right Whales. Ideal for larger families, it provides multiple gathering spaces inside and out. A beach walkover leads to the private coquina-sand beach, a favorite sea turtle nesting spot. Enjoy fishing, surfing, beach walks, and nighttime ghost crab hunting with flashlights for unforgettable memories. PELICAN BEACH is perfect for families, offering exquisite sea views and plenty of balconies.

Professionally decorated in cool blue and white tones, each room exudes an elegant and comfortable coastal vibe. The abundance of windows in the living area provides ocean views for watching dolphins jumping into the crashing surf or migrating Right Whales at the season's end. There is plenty of room to sit back, relax, and enjoy the large-screen smart TVs with Netflix and other programs. This home is located minutes from many parks and recreational areas, with Intracoastal boat launch access. It is only 25 minutes to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and just 1 hour from Orlando. We welcome furry friends for a fee of $100 per pet. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll include them in your reservation. Guest Access:
Welcome to 62 Ocean Street, Palm Coast, FL 32137, Life's a Beach!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE.  USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
