Just so the reader knows, this property is actually ideally located. There is hiking and nature parks just 10 mins north on the US 27 at Lake Louisa State park and other hiking trails in the nearby Northeast Regional Park. Shopping is not that far away ( 15 mins) at Posner Park shopping center south on the US27 and there are plenty of bigger grocery stores within 10-15 min drive too. The property does have no rear neighbours immediately behind it and so the privacy is good on this home. Recently a new community has been built beyond the rear of this property but it does not overlook the back yard of this home and is a considerable distance from the back of this home

The smoke alarms were for sure a nuisance but glad our property management team were able to assist with timely addressing of this issue which actually involved whole new smoke alarms being fitted as the old ones continued to beep with the change in temperature and after whole new batteries. We know you were very good in relaying any concerns whilst in the home and we appreciate this. We wish you had flagged your concerns about the floor and shower as we could have addressed these for you to to your satisfaction but during the many times you did reach out, these matters were not raised and so we could not help. The reader should be aware that as well as the cleaners cleaning and checking our properties, that we also carry out a pre arrival property manager check on each arrival and also a rental team inspection and so in fact homes are checked by three different people before our guests arrive. This will often catch any concerns but we welcome our guests communicating with us if we feel someone has missed something

It is a shame that you felt the need to stay away from awarding 5 stars and gave 4 due to the matters you listed as most of these are matters capable of resolution/explanation. 1. The irrigation sprinklers come on maybe once or twice a week and typically during early morning and so typically do not cause an issue to guests. The HOA of the community will require the irrigation on in order to ensure that the grass stays well watered and green; adding to the overall aesthetic of the home you are staying in. In the Florida heat, I am sure that any wetness experienced, dried up super quickly in any event. 2. Every home is equipped with a starter toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom. This is explained in the property's description. Sorry if you missed this. ( Please note: This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.) 3. Again in the property description, it clearly states "Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes ". Sorry if you missed this. This is market standard to have to pay for pool and spa heat. I checked your messaging with our office and can see that you called our office and spoke to JC on my rental team and within the hour you had received the request from him to pay, you then paid and the property managers were on the way to your home to switch on the pool and spa heat for you - not the six hours you seem to suggest. 4. I am really pleased that you were able to reach the property manager and they were able to assist you with this.
