The primary bedroom offers a plush Tempur-Pedic king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the twinkling city lights from both with a custom barn door for privacy. The second bedroom includes an en-suite bath and two Murphy queen beds for added flexibility.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Hollywood, you’ll find yourself near iconic attractions, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife, all while enjoying the tranquility of this private retreat.

The driveway accommodates 1 Guest spot. The other driveway space is reserved for the owner. Guests have one carport space available (compact). Additionally, there is a private parallel parking spot in front of the home, which is suitable for larger vehicles.

This is a hillside home in the Hollywood Hills. It offers privacy and views, but may not be suitable for those with who are uncomfortable overlooking hillside terrain.
