We had a wonderful stay with Eileen at the Celebrity Hideaway. She was extremely hospitable, accommodating, accessible, and kind. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and comfortable with everything you could need. Parking is a breeze, and that is always welcome in Los Angeles. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and attractions nearby. We will definitely be back and recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing home base during your SoCal stay.

Perfect stay

We loved our stay at Eileen's place. The house was beautiful, clean and cosy and there was much more space than we had thought. It is located in a very nice and safe neighbourhood of Los Angeles. The ideal place to stay for our family of four!

Living the Hills life in Hollywood!

A great place to stay

I stayed here with my son before dropping him off at college and really like it. It’s in a cool part of LA and close to some great restaurants and more. The unit is big and comfortable and the hosts went further than most to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The welcome we got was what I expect more out of a resort. And the views from the back deck are amazing.

A Wonderful Home Away from Home

Great location

We totally enjoyed our stay in studio city. Eileen was a wonderful hostess and the place was spotless. We stayed there for three days and three nights and it’s too bad that it rained the first two days as we were looking forward to sitting on the patio, enjoying the sunset., I would really encourage anyone to Strawley consider this property.

A Great Place in a Great Part of LA

The place was great! It was very homey and comfortable, there was plenty of free parking, and the showers had the best water pressure I have ever experienced anywhere. The neighborhood was surprisingly residential and quiet, but there were shops and restaurants -- and great hiking -- a short drive away. Our host was very welcoming and full of good advice. We had no problems during our two-week stay and were sorry to leave.

Perfect Gem in the Hills!

My husband and I stayed at Eileen’s property with our two kids while visiting some friends in LA. The place was spotless and offered plenty of amenities. The host was so thoughtful, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cupcakes for valentines day. Also the view from the balcony was amazing, a perfect place to have your morning coffee! We felt very much at home and I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

College Tour Convenient

We used this apartment as the base for campus visits in SoCal. What a great place. Beautiful neighborhood and the unit was great for our family. Very comfortable throughout. Two bathrooms made everything easier when we were rushing out to the next visits. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful weather. Eileen was great and had some great ideas for restaurants and groceries nearby.

Accommodating!

One word to describe Eileen is accommodating. I had to cancel my original trip last minute and rebook for another week. Eileen made it work so that I could have the same amount of time as before. The property was perfect for my brother and me. We had everything we needed. The location was central to where we wanted to explore. It was the perfect first trip to LA. Highly recommend Eileen!

Absolutely the BEST!!!

This property is in a stunning and extremely safe area of LA that’s very close to many attractions including Universal Studios, City Walk, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Warner Bros Studios and much more. Eileen is the kindest and most generous host! This property is immaculate with everything you need including extra thoughtful touches to welcome you and make you feel both at home and on a special vacation. We stayed with our teenage sons and we had plenty of space for all of us. We all loved staying here including our teens. We HIGHLY recommend this property!!! 10 stars! A peaceful and beautiful stay. Area is very quiet. Location was perfect for us. Close to many grocery stores, close to Rose Bowl (30 mins with peak traffic), which is where our event was, and next door to Universal (literally 15 minutes with peak traffic) which we took advantage of! We didn't have time to squeeze in a hike but there were trails nearby as well. Eileen was incredibly nice and helpful. A very thoughtful host who has ton of recommendations for the area, and checked in to make sure we were doing ok. She also has the most adorable dogs. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Eileen for having us!

Fantastic stay in lovely home

The host was wonderful and extremely helpful with directions, check in and the coffee and half and half was a very nice surprise. Much better than a hotel room with a large living room with two very comfortable couches, a TV and a desk. Very large kitchen with table.If we are in LA area again, we will definitely stay here.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. We purchased this home because of its central location and beautiful neighborhood. Studio City though small has a real feeling of community mixed with glamour & sophistication. I've traveled quite a bit but will always call Studio City my home.
