This pool home has 2br/2BA plus den. Master has king bed and 2nd bedroom has queen bed, sleeps up to 6 w/ 2 futons in den. Features Whole house water filter and three TV's and small stereo. Prime location just a half mile to Nokomis Beach/ Casey key, shops and waterfront dining, boat rentals, boat launch, fishing pier etc. It's also within a mile of Nokomis Village and downtown Venice. Enjoy beach and kayak activities both in the Gulf or in one of the many scenic rivers and estuaries nearby. Plenty of waterfront activities nearby. Or head east to enjoy thousands of acres of old Florida wilderness at Sleeping Turtles Preserve, Carlton Reserve, Myakka Park, Oscar Scherer.

Nokomis beach house

This is a lovely home with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to everything, and the ice cream shop around the corner is worth the steps! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quick trip to the beach and coming back to pool was fun. There were board games for our kids. We loved staying here. I highly recommend staying for 4th of July. We saw so many Beautiful fireworks. We would stay here again. Lots of close beaches and restaurants.

Easy living at its finest

We loved everything that this rental had to offer. From check in process to the last minute leaving. I loved having the ease of using the boogie boards, the noodles, the bikes. Amazing ice cream shop on the corner. Everyone in and around town were super nice. Very fun vacation. Bob the owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had and responded very fast any time we had to contact. Look forward to booking again.

Perfect vacation home

I spent a week at Bob’s place and just returned. The house is open and spacious. My favorite was hanging at the pool in the back since it was very hot for June. Everything you need is close by including beautiful beaches. House was immaculate with an added touch of music playing when I arrived. Rent this house and you won’t be disappointed! Bob responds immediately to all questions. Thanks for a fabulous trip.

Nokomis is a little piece of heaven!

We had an amazing stay at this location (Bob’s place)! We are a family of four (with grown children) with pets, and were all quite comfortable in this home. We were able to walk to the beach and use the bikes at the house. We visited Nokomis Beach daily, then came back to enjoy the pool and cool off. My family enjoyed jet skiing and walking along the beach. We even got to see a beautiful manatee at the North Jetty! Bob was helpful and very easy to reach. We had an emergency one evening and he helped me find an emergency vet. I was grateful as our dogs are precious to us! My family would definitely come back and recommend this comfortable beautiful home. Not to mention… Nokomis is our new happy place!

Good home base for family trip

Nicely furnished and renovated homes that served as a great spot for our weekend trip. Our kids (8 and 11)were a little bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t warmer and the showers could use some work. Other than that, it was a great house. Close to Natomis Beach and an easy drive into Venice. The bikes were old but we still used them on the Legacy Trail which was great. We enjoyed all the beach towels, Beach cooler, umbrellas, baskets, etc. The kitchen was well-stoked (but could use a corkscrew 😉) and had plenty of appliances, utensils, etc. overall it was a wonderful spot for our family of four and I would recommend it!
