The Space:

Morning light filters through expansive windows as the Gulf breeze drifts in, carrying the quiet rhythm of waves just beyond the street. Soft Gulf light fills the rooms as sea air drifts through open balconies, setting an easy rhythm for days spent between sand and neighborhood streets.



The space

Set just steps from the sand in the Grayton Beach community of Santa Rosa Beach, this newly constructed home is designed for large gatherings with room to spread out and reconnect. The layout spans three levels with open living areas that flow naturally outdoors. White oak hardwood floors, imported tile, and custom finishes appear throughout, reflecting the thoughtful craftsmanship of the build.



Living, kitchen, and gathering spaces

Shared spaces anchor the home and encourage time together. A game room with a pool table opens to a comfortable living area with a wet bar and direct access to the backyard. Upstairs, the kitchen and main living area create a central hub for meals and downtime. The chef’s kitchen features GE Monogram appliances, ample refrigeration, and space to cook for groups, with dining and seating areas nearby and balconies extending the living space outside.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 26 guests across eight private bedroom suites, each with its own bath for added comfort and privacy. Bedrooms are distributed across all floors, balancing quiet retreats with easy access to shared spaces. King bedrooms are complemented by two bunk bedrooms designed to accommodate larger groups without crowding.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces are woven into every level of the home. Multiple balconies and a rooftop deck offer elevated places to enjoy coastal air and sunset views. The backyard centers around a private pool and hot tub, with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and grilling space for relaxed evenings. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request for an additional fee.



Amenities and convenience

An elevator serves all floors, and the home includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, beach access, and beach essentials. Free parking on premises and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals easy. Long-term stays are allowed. Pets are not permitted. A Golf Cart (LSV) rental partner discount is available.

Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
