DETAILS: This incredible BRAND NEW home is like no other, certain to make this an unforgettable vacation experience. Experience luxury and convenience throughout every room in this beautiful and spacious new home of nearly 7,000 sq. ft! Located directly next to Seaside, all the activities and restaurants are within your reach, with the beach a short walk away. Relax and take in the gorgeous sunsets every night from the 4th floor deck.
Boasting the largest saltwater pool in Seagrove, the whole family will enjoy playing among the many water features, or relaxing in the spa. A large outdoor kitchen with deluxe natural gas grill is a great spot to grill up those steaks and burgers, or just unwind watching sports on the outdoor TV.
Guests will enjoy the spacious first-floor game room with a kitchenette. A full-size arcade game, pool table and 85†TV provide plenty of entertainment options. Also available is a king guest room with private bath, and bunk room with one full-over-full and a twin-over-twin, also with private bath. A laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryers and an additional bath complete the 1st floor features.
Open living spaces abound throughout this well-appointed home. On the 2nd floor, guests will discover a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, dual dishwashers, a beverage refrigerator, 3 ovens and an ice maker. Plenty of space to cook and eat on the 14-foot island and indoor seating for 32. The second floor also features two additional king guest rooms with private baths.
On the third floor are five bedrooms. Two of the bedroom suites feature Gulf views, and offer freestanding soaking tubs. An additional king bedroom includes full-over-full bunk in the room. A large “gaming†bedroom offers two arcade games, a Playstation 5 with a large 75†TV and two twin-over-full bunks. Another bunk room completes the floor with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunks. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and access to a 3rd floor deck with Gulf views. A washer/dryer is also available on this floor.
Nothing will prepare you for the simply stunning views on the 4th floor, which can be accessed by either stairs or the elevator. The 4th floor is certain to become a favorite spot!

The property was amazing. Clean, large and fully stocked with amenities for all our needs. The large pool and outdoor living area was a great place to recreate. Easy access to the beach and the Seaside City Center was appreciated. Finally, the view from the fourth floor was outstanding.

This house is amazing! We have been coming to this area for years for a family vacation with our five adultchildren and their families (26 of us). The house was perfect for a large group. The kitchen is well stock with anything you might need, the pool was the largest we have had around here, the grill area was great, the views from different floors with balconies were fantastic. From tne 4th floor, after enjoying a mai Jong game(s), we would go outside on the balcony and watch the full moon rise or a lightening show etc. it was magical. The appointments in the house were well thought out and lovely. Our family voted it as the best house in Florida to stay in.

Beautiful house and a beautiful area. Neighbors are a little close. Especially for a large group of senior boys that we had. I’m embarrassed to say that our boys did a few things and we were asked to leave so we weren’t able to clean the house as well as I would like. This is a great house for a family vacation. We loved the amenities and everything the house had to offer

Seaside Views a Perfect 10!
Gorgeous 4 story home within 5 minutes of beach. Our party of 22 fit nicely with room to spare. Kitchen / dining area seated everyone comfortably and the appliances were top of the line. Pool / spa was just the right size and the fountains / bubblers kept the kids engaged and happy. Bedroom / bathrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Lots of big TV's with access to all the apps. Bikes were fun and the golf cart made trips to the beach and Seaside easy and stress free. Seaside shops and restaurants were an easy walking distance. Views from 3rd and 4th floor were outstanding. Overall a 10! We will be back.

What a great house
This house has it all. The pool was so much fun we went to the beach less than we expected. The Galaga video game became a family challenge. The 4th floor deck gave us some amazing sunsets with a beautiful view of the ocean. The elevator sure came in handy on move-in and move-out day.
We had a group of 15 and the two dishwashers certainly were useful. Large pantries and a large refrigerator along with an Ice machine and beverage refrigerators.
The outdoor grill was great to use on those days we didn't go to a restaurant.
The location is perfect. We had rented a second golf cart (the house comes with one), but everything was so close we never used it. Lots of bikes which were put to use for rides to the many coffee shops in the morning.
And because there was so much space, you could find a quiet spot to read and relax from the rest of the crowd.
