`We just spent a wonderful week at Halycon Hideaway. From the moment we stepped in the house we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space for our group of 8. The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to the beach or into Seaside. The pickleball court was an added bonus and we used it everyday. Mitch and his team did a wonderful job and are very easy to work with. - $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events.

- No pets, No smoking.

- Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floor, and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI - Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.
