The unit was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect for our stay. The view was beautiful, the neighborhood was great, no problems there.Communication with the host was not amazing. When we had a travel change they were very inflexible about adjusting the check in time, and made it sound as if 5 days notice was an unreasonably short amount of time to make that adjustment.Once a check in time was settled, we repeatedly asked for the contact info of the property manager just in case we were delayed for any reason and the host refused to provide contact info for the person we were supposed to meet.They did however accommodate our request to extend the stay by a few days.

Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the reviewer did not stay at the property and booked on behalf of a third party. Our check-in time is clearly stated in the listing. We do not permit early arrivals, regardless of when they are requested, as the property must be professionally cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. The reviewer repeatedly demanded our property manager's personal cell phone number. We clearly explained multiple times that we do not provide personal contact information and that all communications should be directed through the booking platform or to us directly. This policy is in place for privacy and security reasons. We believe the negative review stems from dissatisfaction with these policies rather than the guest experience at the property itself. Based on this interaction and the fact that the reviewer did not personally stay at the property, we would not recommend this booking arrangement to other hosts.

ARRIVAL:
Manager meets guest upon arrival.

Quiet hours 9 PM- 9 AM
Adult community, over 32 years of age. Not suitable for children.
Cleaning maid service additional every twenty nine days for long term stay at a rate of One hundred fifty dollars charged as special request and must be paid prior to arrival .
Must provide photo for identification of face. Face should be seen clearly prior to arrival, no caricatures or scenery or pets.
Monthly guests must provide to host emails, cell phones and home address prior to move in instructions shared.

No early arrival or late departures. Fees apply of two hundred to reschedule maid service if late departure.
Guest count must be accurate. Over night guests must be approved prior to their stay.

No personal items left on your outdoor oceanfront balcony.
Do Not hang clothes on the balcony or the Association places a two hundred and fifty dollar fee to the guest. No cooking on balcony.

No sand in unit or down the drain or in the washer/dryer. Clogs in pipes are caused by sand. Plumber visit charged if needed.

Security deposit is held by hosting platform and returned upon departure if all is in good condition. Additional cleaning charges apply if excess garbage or dishes remain.

No Covid or health concern refunds. It is recommended guest take out travel insurance for their stay.
