Enjoy a comfortable stay in these two charming bedrooms with private bathroom and wet bar. Walk to the Golden Gate Park and Ocean beach, 24/7 Safeway, Beach Chalet, Cliff House and other restaurants. No parties. No cooking. No pets. No smoking.
There are on the first floor (ground floor). The bedrooms and wet bar was built in 2016. There are two bedrooms altogether. Bedroom2 features a queen-size bed with comfortable bedding, closet, study table and a window (beautiful backyard view). Bedroom1 features a full-size bed with comfortable bedding, closet, study table and a window. Beautiful backyard and a clinic table. There are microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the wet bar. There is not stove for cooking, you can only use the microwave to cook. High-speed WiFi.
No parties. No pets. No smoking.

Great location for our needs

The rooms were well-priced, check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. Only negatives were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and some of the towels smelled musty and were paper-thin. There were no extra towels or any hand-towels.

Nice stay in cute apartment

We had a nice stay in this home. My kids especially loved access to the backyard, which is well taken care off and has a variety of different plants and succulents. The communication with our host was very friendly and respectful. The rooms are exactly how they are pictured and it is only a few minute walk to the beach. We will sure be back.

The property itself was perfect for what we needed, a place to crash after a day in the park. Not sure the area has as many dining choices as Sunset (where we usually stay) but having a Safeway a block away was a huge plus. Overall, a great weekend!

Cozy place near the beach

We were happy to be able to book 2 rooms for our family. The 2 rooms are clean, equipped with necessary amennities. There is a small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, a small foldable table. There are extra blankets in the room and a pretty strong space heater in each room. We just mainly needed a place to sleep and this met all our needs. Quick communication from host. Thank you.

Coffee in the garden

So enjoyed drinking my coffee in the garden before exploring San Francisco all day. We rented both downstairs rooms. Glad we brought paper plates and plastic silverware as there was very little in the kitchenette area. We appreciated the refrigerator, Keurig and microwave to prepare our breakfasts. The location was so nice and we rented electric bikes one day to explore Golden Gate Park. I left my electric toothbrush and the owner is sending it to me. So grateful for a thoughtful host who texted me as soon as she found it!Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely Home-Base

Very clean place with lots of privacy. Not very spacious if that’s what you’re looking for, but we felt it was a very cozy little niche. Location is great. It’s right across from the park like the listing says and there’s a Safeway right down the block. We did not see any homeless people in the area. Only minor issues were finding parking and it was hard to keep all of the keys provided straight. Otherwise, would definitely choose to stay here again!

Clean Rooms, Great Location, Great Price

I didn't look at the pictures well enough when I booked- I thought there would be a living room- so just know, there's no real hangout together area other than the backyard, which has a picnic bench. But, it's clean, comfy and quiet. Easy walk to beach, Golden Gate Park, the Presidio... Ocean Beach Cafe looked like a great place for breakfast or go fancy to Beach Chalet (they also have the more casual Park Chalet in the back) Seriously, if you're going to just sleep and spend the rest of the day exploring the city, you can't go wrong. Oh, no dishes in the kitchen, just coffee cups. Bring your own wine opener!! We had a great stay and would stay again.

Great location and host!

The place is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach and right across the street from Golden Gate Park. There is a Safeway food market and a couple of restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk.Communications with the host was pretty good, although it took a couple of messages for us too work out some details.The space was perfect for us, but just be aware that the pictures in the listing made it look to us like there was a an indoor living room/common area. But it's just a couple of chairs at one end of the one bedroom. The only thing besides the bedrooms(each one of which has its own bathroom) is a long narrow kitchenette. Like I say, it worked fine for us plus there's a lovely back garden with a table and since the weather was nice we used that a little bit. But with all that San Francisco has to offer, we didn't spend any time sitting around, lol! So, highly recommend it!

Awesome Location

The property location was perfect for our girlfriends get away to take advantage of all that Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate National Seashore and the Presidio have to offer in the way of outdoor activities. To make our adventure even better, the weather was the warmest that San Francisco has had in 28 years - making for gorgeous pictures. Transportation around the city, when not hiking, was a breeze using a Muni day pass, with a stop on the block corner. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The property had a quaint backyard with a lovely succulent garden and picnic table that we took advantage of for our light breakfasts and lunches which we prepped in the small kitchenette. Check in was as documented - with a minor quark with the black Master lock box sticking, making it hard to open. As I had read that there were a lot of keys, (6 of them); I kept the keys for the right room in my right pocket and the keys for the left room in my left pocket - so this was not an issue. If the need arises, I would happily stay here again.
