We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Port-Leucate, this charming apartment of 40 m2, with wifi, air-conditioned, at 150 m of the beach, in a calm and raised residence, and being able to accomodate 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the southern sun. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with connected TV, sofa and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with two double beds (140×190) and storage space.
- A shower room with shower and basin.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of 14m², facing South-East with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!

The apartment is ideally located in Port-Leucate, in a quiet residence with trees, near the sea.

At 5 mn to the port, on foot : essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
