Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included. The south-east-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (double). There is no WiFi access.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A south-east-facing balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and the magnificent view.

For added convenience: barbecue, fan, iron.

The flat is ideally located in Leucate, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting surrounded by detached houses. The Copa Cabana residence is surrounded by a pine forest with umbrella pines, which is very pleasant in summer. You can also enjoy a moment of relaxation with the squirrels, which can come and eat nuts out of your hand. In front of the residence you'll have access to a promenade along the seafront. There is also a magnificent view of the Pyrenees to the rear. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
