Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase, the flat is composed as follows:

- A loggia with 2 benches, table and chairs, ideal for a quiet moment.

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and an additional bed (90 x 200 cm) for 3 people.
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin, changing table and baby bath.
