Located in a quiet neighborhood of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant 30 m² apartment can accommodate 2 people and is just 30 m from the beach. It is designed to be welcoming and is being gradually renovated by the owners.
You will have all the comforts you need for a successful stay: a living room and pleasant loggia, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower, and a loggia. Bicycle storage.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.
Located on the first floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:

- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
