Located on the first floor in duplex, it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Baby bed and high chair. - A living room of 19 m² not overlooked with TV, convertible sofas (3 beds) and dining area that can accommodate 7 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, 4 cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : a bunk bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Outside:
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A small balcony of about 1m2 on the floor.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed and high chair
