Thank you for sharing your experience at this beautiful house. We are delighted to hear that you found the house itself to be exceptional, with its great amenities and stunning views. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the refrigerator. We want to assure you that we take all reported issues seriously and follow the proper procedures to address them. We apologize if you felt there was any confusion during the process. We immediately had maintenance out to determine if this was something that they could fix. We then had an appliance technician there later that afternoon who attempted one fix that required 24 hours. The following day you reported no improvement so we therefore had to replace the entire compressor. I am happy that we do have a second refrigerator for all guest use in the case of an unfortunate and unpredictable situation like this. We apologize for any oversight with regards to the trash and windows. We will address this with the cleaning team to ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We value your satisfaction and always strive for 5 stars.
