Great spot to stay for a family that needs things to do or simply wants to hang out. My family loved the layout of the house. Very close to the beach and grocery stores.

We loved having a private pool! Walk to the beach is easy and path is just across from the house. Having 2 full size refrigerators is such a great bonus along with a great assortment of nice pots, pans and skillets. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils and a drip and k-cup combo coffee maker. Very quiet neighborhood and good driveway parking. Nice porch areas and great outside furniture! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Washer and dryer are full size and separate from the living areas. We definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic

This is a great house with all the amenities and space needed for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The house is located just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach.

HH Stay

Very nice property. A short direct (about 200 yards) to the beach. Big yard and very quiet. We spent a lot of time at the pool and under the porch next to the pool. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Property Manager responded promptly. Good location. Only about 2 miles to grocery stores and, more importantly, a good ice cream shoppe!

A clean home close to the beach with adequate space for all of us. the fenced in yard with the pool was fantastic for play time and for our little swimmers. Two kitchens was very helpful for preparing meals. AC worked fine, beds were comfortable and seating was generous on the decks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was in a great location short walk to the beach great outdoor space and very clean inside. My only complaint is that this house sleeps 14 people but doesn't have nearly enough couch/chair seating for that many people. This house would be almost perfect if it had better seating area.

Unfortunately cut short due to storm

The house and location are amazing! Love the 2 floors with double kitchens. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is short 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. We had a glorious 36 hours here before having to leave due to the storm. The commmunication with the property manger was excellent! We were given frequent updated about the forecast, island conditions, and expectations. We hope that we can come back next year and stay longer.

Deck upstairs with umbrella and grill were appreciated! Rental company very responsive to all questions. Short walk to beach via a boardwalk. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again. Would recommend adding more seating such as another couch for the upper level family area.

Ok house

Pros: Big pool, great location, nice hot tub, rooms were a good size, decor very nice. Cons: layout of rooms difficult to congregate when kids sleeping since outdoor grill and dining is on second floor,, no privacy in backyard, dishwasher extremely inefficient, house had spiderwebs on ceiling and dead bugs on ground upon arrival, wasp nest on second floor deck.

Great place close to beach with pool

The place was great. The walk to the beach was 5ish minutes so not too bad. The pool was great for the 4 small kids and 6 adults. The house was clean enough. A few small things here and there but nothing unexpected for a rental from my experience. This was our first extended stay at Hilton Head. Everything was within reasonable driving distance. We spent most days at beach and pool. Made dinner a few nights on the grill. Went out to dinner the rest of the nights. Nice to have two fridges and kitchen spaces for the 10 of us. Things to note about Hilton head in summer is that pool was quite warm. Too warm for me until it rained a bunch then it cooled off to a nice temperature. Same with the ocean.

Hilton Head can be quite hot in the summer so I recommend that you come check us out in September or October when the temps are a bit lower and the island itself is less busy. I think you would really really enjoy it.

Hilton Head Family Vacation June 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Outside seating was great for our group of 11. The beds were terrible. Our mattress was so soft my husband thought we had a water bed. My back is still recovering. And honestly there was not enough indoor seating for our group of 11, but the only time it was a problem was in the evening when everyone wanted to sit down to relax and take in a movie. We really did enjoy the property and especially the pool. We also like the fact that there were only 2 floors to the house.

Nice House with a Huge Pool

The house was very clean and nice. The pool is huge, one of the biggest we have had in a summer rental. I think the hot tub should have been included in the overall price instead of adding it with additional fees. Maintenance had to come in to fix things which was a little inconvenient. They also said maintenance was coming a second time, but they never showed up. Like others have said they should increase seating in the main areas, 12 people cannot sit together in the room unless people sit on the floor. Walk to the beach was short. Beach was crowded but nice. Overall a nice house.

Excellent

This is the second time we stayed at 37 Bradley Circle and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival the house was clean & fresh, the pool area & backyard were immaculate with new furniture and a huge backyard for our two grandsons to play in. No need to have the pool heated as the weather was warm. The entrance to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway that gets you there in 3 minutes. We had four adults and our two Grandchildren upstairs and it was perfect for our needs. Loads of dishes, cookware & utensils. Downstairs is another bedroom, shower and full kitchen, along with laundry room and entrance to the pool. It's not the biggest house on the street but definitely has the best pool and yard. Vacation Homes of HH is great to work with, fast responses, and easy to reach. The Explorie deals for golf are great. We will be back soon. Thank. You!
