We loved this location. It was perfect for a family looking for activities. We were very close to the beach. There were free trolleys so no need for a rental car. This location is between the two villages. Perfect, relaxing, location.

Perfect place to stay! Very clean, close to the beach and pool. Had everything we needed, even sand toys for our kids to play with. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!!

We had more than enough space here for my family of four. Being able to walk to the beach, pools and dock for fishing made this spot an absolute gem. Any time we come back to Florida, it will be here.

The check-in process was seamless and the office staff was outstanding and very helpful. The unit was great but it could use a deep cleaning and some updates. All of the door jams were very dirty and looked like they were never wiped down. The beds and bedrooms were great. The unit had plenty of accessories for the beach and pool. The unit was a short walk to the pool or beach. The living room, dining area and kitchen were also great and had all you would need to cook.The bathroom showers could definitely be upgraded. There was a little odor in each bathroom. All in all, I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and spacious!! The condo is only a few steps away from the beach; the complex is also located near a lot of other condo complexes and the public beach so the beaches are filled with lots of people this time of year!

PROS: - directly on the beach- great sunset views from the giant side windows in the kitchen/living area- washer and dryer in unit- 2 en suite bathrooms- comfortable beds and linens- secure gated entry as well as lobby door code- free beach loungers- beautiful private beach with packed powdery sand that doesn't get hot- covered parking - friendly and accommodating office staffCONS:- compared to many prior rentals, I was very disappointed in the bare bones starter supplies.... No trash bag in kitchen, no shampoo/conditioner, no paper towel, no detergent/softener, no can opener- roll blinds do zero to block sun from blasting into bedrooms at the crack of dawn. - umbrella rental 25/day

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at the Palm Bay Club. It is on the Gulf side which means you don't have to walk across a busy street to get to the beach. The beach is a 2 min walk and they provide beach chairs for free. There is also a beach attendant who will help you setup your umbrella. Unit was clean and nice. No in-unit laundry, but there are machines available for use in the first floor of the building. The Palm Bay Club amenities were wonderful, our kids loved the pools and pickelball/tennis equipment is easily available. The resort is clean, quiet and everyone was super friendly. Siesta Key village or the village on the south end of the key were just a short trolley ride away (either free public trolley or the 'frog hopper' which just runs on tips). Would absolutely stay here again. Ideal for family vacations!

Great for a girls weekend!

We had 5 girlfriends and we had the best time! Very spacious living room and it was great to have 3 beds! The kitchen was stocked and even had a cooler to take to the beach!!Nice decor!It doesn’t have a washer and dryer in the unit but it does have them in the building.Wish the pool stayed open later but it was nice!

The location on Siesta Key was perfect. There are condos in the gulf and bay side and easy to get to restaurants by walking driving,or trolley. This was our 2nd year at Palm Bay Club and we already booked next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and larger than some condos we’ve stayed in. Nice and bright, airy - very beach’s feel which we liked. The internet was not working but we heard many of the condos were experiencing similar- due to the hurricane (we stayed 10/8-10/15). Beds were too soft for us but we’re still comfortable. Weather was perfect and it was a short walk to the beach (less than 5minutes). We really like the way the chairs were brought down to the beach each morning by the workers. This was our 3rd year coming back and will be back next year

Beautiful Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful, and the decor was so beachy and inviting. The unit was enormous and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen could have used a few more pots and pans, but we got by just fine! An umbrella or some sand toys would have been nice too, but also not a dealbreaker. My only complaint was that the unit above was VERY noisy, a family was up all hours of the night moving furniture around and jumping on many nights...keeping me from getting the rest I expected on vacation. This is not the fault of the unit we stayed it, just be aware that the walls are thin...I should have called the front office but I didn’t. The resort itself was immaculate. In awe over the palm lined walkway to the beach. The staff was very attentive and kind at all times. I would stay here again, but definitely would take a 3rd floor unit next time because of the noise.

Check-in was quick and easy. All of the instructions were clear. Nice to have covered parking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking, plus lots of beach gear. It was very comfortable for two couples. The beach is beautiful!

Very happy with our stay. Easy walk to the beach. 2 awesome pools. Spacious, clean and cute decorated condo. We have 3 littles and know our routine when traveling but really enjoyed the space. Loved siesta keys trolley, my only dislike was having to pay to use community washer and dryer. 3 young kids= many changes of clothes. Other than that I think we’ll definitely be back. This condo was cream of the crop too. Corner condo with lots of windows close to parking. 5 stars from our fam. Including a pic of our fam at the bayside pool seeing a dolphin within 30 yards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at this clean and easily accessible condo. We liked the location and the office was very helpful. Parking was easy and very close to the property. The room was clean except for the bedsheets on the master bed, which were stained pretty badly. I called the office and they got new sheets over immediately. We did not have enough towels in the room to accommodate for the number of people , but the office sent some more to us fairly quickly. Some roof maintenance was being done right next to us but it was not too noisy.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Was the home clean and in good shape? Home was clean but not in great shape. Kitchen needs to be updated. We were without a functional dishwasher for 10 days of our stay. Electrical outlets need to be updated so plugs do not fall out of the outlets. Resort great, unit needs some attention

Staff very friendly and helpful.We had some issues with unit 144.1 - Plumbing, both toilet clogged constantly. Had to call maintenance repeatedly. 2 - Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattresses are shot and a topper was added as a band aid to cover the sagging mattresses. Replace all please!3 - Living room furniture is new & clean, but cheep and uncomfortable.4 - Master shower can't be set to a comfortable temp. Too hot or very cold.5 - Constant daily scrapping of chairs upstairs. Simple solution is to have chair pads required on floors 2 & 3.
