Diese wunderschöne Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Seite des Golfs von Mexiko. Spazieren Sie den Boulevard entlang zum exquisiten Korallensand des weltberühmten Crescent Beach, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Diese Wohnung ist eine Club Suite Corner Einheit, die eine gut, natürlich beleuchtete, geräumige 1,305 Quadratmeter und befindet sich im 3. Stock. Nr. 175 bietet bequem Platz für maximal sechs Personen, um den Sarasota County Fire Code einzuhalten.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, eine ebenerdige Dusche und einen Duschgriff.
Das Gästezimmer ist mit 1 Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-TV ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Dusch- / Badewannen-Kombination im Gästebad.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen 60 "-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service ausgestattet.
Beide Bäder wurden erst kürzlich mit brandneuen Granitoberflächen renoviert!
Die Küche ist auch komplett mit Granit und allen Geräten aus Edelstahl umgebaut. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien (Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Utensilien), die Sie für die komplette Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigen.

Staycation in Siesta Key

Property & unit was very nice & clean. Only a few things need to be addressed in the unit - replace all the rugs (old & stained) need a non-slid mat in tub, bathroom door doesn't latch. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. We will go back to this property.

The enclosed patio has a small view of the ocean and was great for breakfast and hanging out. We used it every day. Unit was spotless with a great open design. The private beach was about a five minute walk just down the main path of the property. Beach was amazing! Beach chairs included was a huge plus. We needed to rent umbrellas and a couple days a tent. My only suggestion is for the unit to have more basic necessities such as paper towels/napkins and some basic cleaning supplies like a Mr clean spray etc. We would highly recommend and would book again!

Loved the location! Only a short walk down paved pathway to the beach. The beach wagon and cooler provided was helpful! My kids loved the heated pool which was right out the door to the property. The screened in porch was relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean in the evenings. We will be back!

The property was very well maintained, staff friendly and helpful, excellent security, a few steps from the beach and two pools. Check-in and check-out were very easy--parking was convenient and elevators available. Also had a fitness room. A few items to note is that you should be prepared to bring beach towels (only two provided), no food or drink options on site for purchase so you have to travel for food (but full kitchen in unit), pools were kind of small, beach chairs were free and provided but you need to rent or bring your own umbrella if desired. Overall--we thought the unit was wonderful and would return.

The unit is spacious, well equipped and quiet. The beach was a very short distance from the unit and we also used the bay side pool, fishing dock and pickle ball courts. Tons to do on the property. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. The food at the restaurants was amazing and the service everywhere we ate and shopped was top notch. Seriously thinking of moving here. Truly a paradise. Will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to the Palm Bay Club a few times more than 40 years ago when are kids were very young. It was a fun and memorable experience. Returning when we’re in our late 70s didn’t have the same vibe. The beach is still fantastic, and the unit was very comfortable and clean. But what surprised us was the complete lack of helpful items in the drawers and cupboards, which were COMPLETELY bare as if never been used. I’m not sure we’ll ever come back, mostly because of traffic, which discouraged us often, and resulted in fewer meals out than we usually enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 spent a week at the Palm Bay Club unit 175. The unit was quiet, clean, bright and updated. Plenty of space for our family which includes two teens. They enjoyed the primary bedroom which has two beds and a bathroom en-suite. The kitchen was functional, but a couple things to note.1.) A prior review mentioned the refrigerator wasn't cold enough, but we adjusted the temperature and our food was thankful. :-)2.) The toaster needs to be replaced. It does not work unless you physically hold down the lever. We recommend a replacement.3.) The teflon on the cookware has shown some wear. (which is not unexpected for a short term rental). We recommend a replacement which is not expensive.The unit is only a few minutes walk to the private beach area which we LOVED! The pools were heated and the fitness center was updated. The on-site security were very attentive and friendly.We would recommend this unit or property for anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful get-away.
