The bedroom has two queen beds, six drawer dresser and nightstand with a pull-out shelf for night time essentials, and 40 smart TV. Lamps in the living room and bedroom are touch to turn on and off, with charging ports for your phone, tablet, etc. A one finger tap to the base 1, 2 or 3 times for low to bright light, and a fourth time to turn off. The dining room features a glass topped table and four comfortable club chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots and pans you need to cook, and include a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Counter height stools there offer an easy perch to talk while you watch your chef work. The half bath with vanity and toilet is conveniently located at the entry for guests. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
