On the first floor, you'll find a bright and inviting living room filled with natural light from oversized windows and direct access to the front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed for effortless meal prep. This level also includes two guest bedrooms: one with a private en-suite bath, and another with direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use.

On the second floor, you'll discover the remaining bedrooms along with a cozy den featuring a kitchenette and access to the front porch where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The den includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The large primary bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom, while the two additional guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Kids will love the bonus bunk room—perfect as their own little hideaway.

For added convenience, “A Step Away” features two laundry rooms—one on each level. Additional comforts include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
