The home may sleep 14 easily and offers two master suites (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with a King Bed in each. Both Master suites have adjoining bathrooms-one with a Tub/Shower Combo and the other without a shower. Bedroom 3 offers six single Twin beds while two more single Twin Beds occupy Bedroom 4 upstairs. Bedroom 5 is located downstairs and offers guests a Queen size bed. Two and a half more bathrooms are located within the home. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This home offers a washer and dryer.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area or choose to catch up on your favorite series with the area’s Large Flat 48” HD Screen TV. There are additional TVs in the home. Wireless internet makes streaming easy. Ample parking is provided enough to accommodate 5 cars. A private deck is located near the dunes so you can keep an eye on the kids or get away for a private sunset moment.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
