Boasting 2,366 sq. ft. of contemporary living space, this home is perfectly designed for hosting family and friends. Step inside to an airy, open-concept floor plan featuring beautiful flooring, high ceilings, and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light while showcasing stunning Gulf views.
On the first floor, the living area—with oversized windows and uninterrupted beach views—flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together when you're not exploring local restaurants. This level also includes two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom for added convenience, along with access to the porch where you can unwind to the soothing sound of the waves.
On the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, three additional guest bedrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features sliding glass doors leading to a large private Gulf-front balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The third guest bedroom is also en-suite, while the fourth and fifth guest bedrooms share easy access to a hallway bathroom.
