We had a great time this was the perfect family house. Great location and the pool and splash pad for the kids was great. Host was very helpful and great with communication. Would highly recommend we would love to go back!

Great location, nice size & place & great pool

We had a real Nice time. We felt like we were in a nice protected area despite there being a tropical storm! It is a place that a large family can relax and have fun.

Fabulous stay!

There's nothing not to LOVE about this property and its location. There was ample space for our group of 13 and the location is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked above and beyond, SO many beach toys, outdoor shower, very nice pool, and great area to explore. We hope to return!

Perfect location!!

Very spacious house that was less than a minute from the beach! The pool was right outside the house! Very good beds!!! We had a blast!!!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this location. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is just across the road. Condo was clean and well kept up. The kitchen is very well stocked! The shared pool was great! Lots of beach stuff in the storage room.

Fantastic house

Great location, perfect size, 8 adults, 8 children (3-7), Enough beds, open concept kitchen, dining and living space. Each bedroom had a balcony and were used a lot. Nice shaded area with a picnic table and outside shower was used daily

Wonderful experience

This house was so close to the beach with easy access. The pool was in good condition and used a lot. The beds were all comfortable. The bed/bath ratio was convenient for us. We had zero issues, wonderful experience.

Family of 14, with 3 under 3, had a great time!

Everything was excellent, the space, the cleanliness, the LOCATION, the comfort. Two, very minor things to note - a few of the beach materials in the closet were in near-unusable shape - particularly the umbrellas and wagons. Also, the pictures show rugs in each room, but they are not there any longer.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We provide a ton of chairs, 2 carts, beach toys, boards, pool floats and an overflow refrigerator/ freezer. Glad you were able to take advantage of all it …albeit with just a little complaint. The carts work fine and yes, beach items get abused and replaced.

Perfect location for the beach

The house is directly across the road from the beach access and we never had trouble finding our own area to spread out in. ( We had 10 people) The pool was perfect to wind down in after a day at the beach. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. Our only concern was there is no door in the “bunk room”. All in all it was the perfect house for us

Glad you enjoyed everything. It’s a fantastic property and location. The bunk room sleeps 5 with couch and TV; door was removed after several guest feedback that they didn’t want kids behind closed doors. Can’t please everyone; especially these days! It’s a great space with a big bathroom across the hall.

Great Location with direct Beach Access

We stayed in Unit 6 in this quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit very clean and well kept. Highly Recommend. Host was prompt with questions we had and responded almost immediately. We were here in start of November 2023. Would have liked to had a heated pool. It was a little bit nippy. 😂 Thank you

Came into the house and it was quite dirty. We hadn’t gone to the beach so we weren’t covered in sand yet couldn’t not wear socks because sand was all over our feet inside the house.

The house is spotless and always professionally cleaned. They left the house full of sand and trash, so I guess this was a way of not getting charged an extra cleaning fee as they overpacked the house. Phenomenal property, with tons of amenities and amazing location... kindly see worthwhile reviews.

Need to update the beach supplies. Chairs were moldy, and broke along with the beach umbrella and pop-up tent. We did not bring extra beach gear because it was stated that it was provided. Doors do not shut completely and we were short on sheets for the bunk beds. We did enjoy our time at the property and the location was fantastic.

We provide a ton of stuff; chairs, carts, coolers, pool and beach toys, boogie boards, and outdoor refrigerator/freezer. Tents and umbrellas get destroyed so we don't provide those. Those were left by other guests. Needless to say, a frivolous review of beach gear but loved the place because its an incredible property and location, with tons of amenities included as a bonus.

We enjoyed ourselves BUT I was under the impression we would be able to see the beach so that was disappointing...sure if you stand on the balcony and tilt your head to the right to look between 2 buildings you could kinda see the beach Not good for people that have a hard time with stairs ... lesson now learned

I personally met Crystal and her family, so I feel compelled to add some commentary. Dear Crystal called me constantly during her stay because her party unfortunately could not operate a window blind and a TV, and also did some minor damage. Despite our responsiveness to each call, I shouldn't be surprised she couldn't find or see the beach or that every house at the beach is on pilings with stairs. We are pool front with Gulf views (past houses (not buildings) from multiple balconies. Size, location to the beach and amenities are hard to beat.
