"Seas the Day" is a gorgeous home in gated Emerald Waters Village community on the Emerald Coast. There is a Private Pool in our back yard, plus a Community Pool, Private Deeded Beach Access, and a brand new 6 seat Golf Cart! The beach is a quick 175 steps from our backyard! We are close to everything you could desire including renown restaurants, shopping, live music venues, and more! Just hop into our complimentary golf cart and go!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once our initial amenity package is depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
